Oxford products customer service exemplary!…
Oxford products customer service are amazing, very helpful and responsive. I had fitted the Oxford products hand guards they fitted well but I had not tightened the screws on one of the brackets securely and had not used loc tite which unfortunately resulted in the LHS falling off mid ride (first out after fitting). Customer services have sorted me out with a replacement part at zero cost! I can't give enough praise for there fantastic service. I don't normally give reviews but on this occasion it was well deserved.
Oxford customer service is fantastic
Oxford customer service is fantastic.
I had an issue with a well second hand bike cover and customer services stepped up to make sure I had full support, I can’t rate them high enough, no wonder they are a world leader in the motorcyclist world
Great Customer Service from Oxford Products
I bought an Oxford Aqua T-70 Roll Bag in November 2023, from Sportsbikeshop and had used it for Motorcycle Camping at Rallies. I found that one of the top side-release buckles could pop open when you pulled the compression strap really tight. The Roll Bag was out of guarantee and out of Sportsbikeshops very generous 365 day return window. I contacted Oxford Products, through their Website Contact Form and Katie Rudman got right back to me. Oxford couldn't replace the Roll Bag, but sent me 2 new side release buckle free of charge, by RM first class post. I can get these sewn on to replace the defective buckle.
I'd just like to say what great customer service and even when something is out of guarantee, Oxford Products found a way to help.
Thanks Katie 😎 👍🏻

I had to return a HJC i100 helmet that had developed a fault with the gear mechanism. I had no receipt but was asked for bank statement to prove purchase which I was happy to send. The helmet was sent on a Tuesday and returned repaired on the Thursday morning. Exceptionally quick service and would like to thank Chloe on the after sales team for her help.
Oxford Metro 2 Trousers
In January this year I purchased a pair of Oxford Metro 2 Trousers. Having worn them quite infrequently, in May the reflective patches became detached from the fabric on both legs. Having contacted Oxford Products (the manufacturer) and Sportsbikeshop (the seller) the trousers were replaced for a new pair without a quibble or delay. Excellent customer service from both companies.
Notwithstanding the above minor matter, the Oxford Metro 2 Trousers are excellent in use and while the fit is perhaps a little oversized they are of very good quality and excellent value for money. Oxford Products offer some of the industry's best motorcycle apparel with a wide range of products at a good range of price points and the Metro 2 Trousers are no exception.
Disgusting Behaviour of the person in…
Disgusting Behaviour of the person in Pic telling a member of the public what to do and swearing at him. He is doing a legal activity the industrial estate is publicly accessible. You may own the building but very doubtful as most are rented, BUT for sure you dont own the Air Space. I suggest you retrain your staff and guy claiming to be the owner. Can't believe there's idiots like this in my home town your utterly disgraceful. I will come with my Drone then see what you'll do.
Oxford Melbourne 3.0 jacket
Oxford Melbourne 3.0 jacket, good fit, seems to be well made, I just wish they had spent an extra 10 bucks on the zips, what an absolute pain !! The pocket zips are almost impossible to find with gloves on as the zip tab is so small and when zipping up the sleeves after putting the jacket on, 80% of the time, again because the zips are off a baby's jump suit, they get caught up in the jacket material, its a bit sad and annoying because otherwise a good jacket and very good value
Snapjack V3 is a must have.
My Tracer 900GT was lowered to suit my short legs but I found that the centre stand was grounding on some bends. I removed the centre stand, now only used for servicing at home.
The Oxford Snapjack V3 seemed the Ideal tool to allow me to repair punctures on the road.
Great bit of kit but if you buy one make sure you set it up to fit your bike before heading out on tour.
Oxford Digby boots premature failure.
I bought a pair of Oxford Digby boots just over 12 months ago.
I was generally pleased with the apparent quality.
The boots were really difficult to get on (and off) but while being a bit stiff, they were fairly comfortable.
For that reason I didn't wear them much, as I would choose something easier to put on.
As time went on I revisited them this year and they were becoming easier to get on, and the tightness was beginning to ease.
Unfortunately I recently noticed that on one boot the upper has come away from the sole.
Despite them being more than 1 Year old, I thought this was due to a manufacturing fault not reasonable wear and tear.
I contacted Oxford by email and got a fairly prompt response.
They pointed out that they were out of the one year warranty, but if sent them back they would take a look.
This I did, and got a message offering a 40% discount on another Oxford product. They gave no explanation of the failure, I not sure if anyone there has even looked at them.
I have replied again asking for some sort of report, but so far have heard nothing.
I generally like Oxford products and my current "Real" motorcycle boots which I use for touring are one of their products. They have lasted years.
I am disappointed to have problems with something I have worn less than 20 times.

### UPDATE #######
##################
We have had further communication and Oxford have agreed to supply an alternative boot, at a discount.
I've not yet received them, but given that thus far they have communicated well I am optimistic.

### FURTHER UPDATE ###
######################
The replacement Hardy Boots have arrived.
All together a better boot than the Digby. I am using them.
They were a bit stiff initially, but having worn them 5 times that is easing.
Real customer service
I had a problem with my 31/2 year old Oxford Optimser not charging: the customer service dept not only gave advice with problem but also supplied the required replacement part speedily and for free.
Bought two Oxford screamer disc locks…
Bought two Oxford screamer disc locks to protect my motorcycle, and the alarm element has been intermittent, finally failing completely after just 8-months use. While Oxford reluctantly provided a replacement alarm module "as a gesture of goodwill" (because I couldn't obtain warranty support from the Amazon retail channel), both replacement alarm modules then went on to fail within weeks, rendering both (expensive) disc locks useless. When I then asked for a refund because I've lost confidence in the product, they then decided they were not prepared to support their product any longer, referring me back to their retailer (Amazon, who they formally state is not an authorised retailer... go figure). So all in all, not only is the Oxford Screamer Disc lock poor quality, but the manufacturer are not prepared to stand behind their products, and their Customer "support) just doesn't care: computer says no attitude.
Oxford Oro bicycle from a…
I bought an Oxford Oro bicycle from a local dealer in October 2022. After only around 400 km, in October 2024, an electrical component in the motor failed.
According to the dealer, the bike was brought in for service just a few days (DAYS!) after the warranty supposedly expired. I don’t recall it that way, but unfortunately, I have no proof.
Now, after more than 4 months of waiting while my bike sits in Oxford's service, nothing has been resolved. Even if the warranty had expired by just a few days, I would have expected a brand like Oxford to take responsibility for a clear manufacturing defect—not force me to pay for a completely new motor!
Absolutely disappointed. First and last Oxford bike for me.
I do not recommend this brand in Belgium. Buying an Oxford bike is nothing more than a gamble.

Oxford products Rainex motorcycle cover
I bought this Oxford Rainex cover in March 2023. The light material became shredded mid 2024, I think because it is not UV resistant, and I wrote to Oxford Products because I felt the life of the product was no better than the cheap covers that I could buy for a tenner. I believe I paid something like £70 for it to ensure that it would be reliable for a few years. They replied saying that it was only guaranteed for 12 months. Pretty shoddy I think and can't understand how they have attained the reputation they apparently have. Not by me!

I had a small problem with my Oxford Mondial Trousers.
A few emails later I sent them back and in then a few days later a brand new pair arrived in the post.
Excellent customer service
I’d definitely recommend them.
Customer Service at its best!
I wrote an email to the Oxford customer service team asking for some information about where I can purchase a replacement screw for my HJC F70 visor screen, and I must say that I didn't have much hopes for a helpful response.
The customer service team responded the next day advising that unfortunately they don't sell these parts, BUT they have a set of screws and would happily send it to me free of charge.
To the Oxford Customer Team: thanks again for the kind gesture, much appreciated.
Heated grips
Just like to say thank you very much too customer service @ oxfordproductsfor a quick response dealing with my problem excellent
Screen screws
Bought screenscrews at £19.95 from a Yamaha dealership. They are made in China, so might aswell have bought cheaper ones as they are not any way superior. The first one I tried to put in started rounding using Allen key provided before it was even fully screwed in. Ended up using a weird sized Allen key to get them in. Was told by customer services to take them back. Couldn't be bothered with the grief. Not worth the extra money
Excellent Customer Service!
Excellent Customer Service!!
Katie (customer services assistant) promptly responded to my enquiry and provided great customer experience.
Oxford Mondial Advanced jacket and…
Oxford Mondial Advanced jacket and trousers. Good product let down by terrible zips on cuffs and vents. Bought 5 years ago and the zips were never right, forever snagging and bursting open. One trouser vent zip could only ever be closed by feeding zip through a few teeth at a time. The cuff zips have never worked properly. Should have taken back to shop but instead have struggled for years. One cuff zip has now broken completely. Won't be buying Oxford again.
