Oxtrad Tools Ltd Reviews

First class service , thank you

Purchased a Hyundai HYCH1500E-2 wood chipper/ mulcher absolutely thrilled with it does everything needed as advertised Oxtrad tools so helpful/efficient from ordering to delivery would recommend both machine and supplier.

Excellent company ...would definitely recommend them to anyone...thanks guys

I can recommend Oxtrad Tools Ltd, to deliver what they say.
They 'saved the day' - I required an item and they delivered early the next day.
This service filled me with confidence , enabling me to fulfill my commitments on site.
Tideway East - London's Super Sewer Project.

very disappointed when after 2 years into a 3 year warrantee the generator started to behave erratically. Took the machine to a local technician to start with but he couldn't make out what to make of it (or couldn't be bothered?). he said the problem must be with the carburetor
I have been fiddling around with carburetors half my life but personally, I didn't want to touch this one in case I interfered with the terms of the warrantee.
Strange that the myth of items under warrantee tend to fail just after the warrantee has expired. I should consider myself lucky that this didn't happen to me, I suppose but very annoying all the same that after 2 years of very light use the generator has just decided to become problematic when i'm becoming very desperate to use it much more

What can i say other that truly fantastic. ordered my generator and trolley kit from Dave as he was highly recommended by a lady at stephill generators. so that's exactly what i did. product arrived on time kept me informed even after 5pm. Dave still replied to my email regarding my order he truly went above and beyond to keep me in the loop. ten out of ten and will tell other people to buy from Dave.

Excellent and efficient service as always.

Communication is key. Dave was very helpful in assisting me With my generator and he went above and beyond.
Thank you

hyundai generator arrived promptly as described, definitely use this company again.

Needed a large chainsaw fast, as current one was too small. Found it here, for a fraction of the cost of a stihl. Arrived a day later and it did the job really well. Easy to put together too.

Found this Company 18 months ago whilst searching for the best deal on a Hyundai Woodchipper. Couldn't decide so phoned them up & after a brief conversation realised this was the right choice. The truth, straight talking & didn't try to sell me what I wasn't going to use ! My Daughter bought a present for me solely by email & same quality service & delivery a few months later. My latest purchase is on the way being delivered. The item was not on his Hyundai list but after emailing was soon rectified his overlooking and listed for me to buy. Can't get better than that. If you don't see it ASK . Nothing is too much trouble & finally I am only a customer but when I find someone like-minded I always buy from them.

Great service from Dave at Oxtrad, great communication and fast delivery. Highly recommended
