John Paige knows his products. He was thorough, honest and listened. I was impressed. There was a high hurdle we both had to jump ( I’m referring to a doctor’s staff member who got out on the wrong side of the bed ). John helped me make it happen.

Our representative Katie was very helpful. She called us to give us information about the Rove 6. Since we were not sure about ordering, she did not pressure. When we talked again and ordered, we knew prices, etc. The unit arrived as described, and very easy to set up. We would recommend.

John was a good as his word about providing us everything we discussed in our order and going beyond expectations in insuring that we got exactly what was needed. The UPS tracking was a little crazy but it turned out fine and the shipment arrived in the timeframe that John indicated it would. Finally, I have charged the batteries, strapped on the POC and practiced dancing with my husband with it on. It works!!! Thank you so much.
