Es handelt sich um eine italienische Firma mit SEHR schlechter und gebrochen deutscher Kommunikation. Auf Mails kommt Tage später estwas geschrieben, was leider inhaltlich an meinen Fragen vorbei kommt. Auf der Webseite denkt man, man hat es mit einer Münchner Firma zu tun. Bisher habe ich KEINE Rechnung mit ausgewiesener Mwst. erhalten. Das ist unseriös-vielleicht bekomme ich noch eine... Auf meine Mails antwortet niemand. Ware ist angekommen und bereits über 2,5 Jahre alt. Nur französische Bedienungsanleitung. Gerät sollte voreingestellt kommen, was mir vor dem Kauf auch zugesichert wurde. Es sind aber nur Standardwerte eingestellt.
