Awful, incompetent customer service. Could not be less pleased with how this company treated me. Web technology is clunky and outdated. Nothing good about PPT that I can see.

Worst Trust Company Ever

I've dealt with many banks and Trust companies and Pacific Premier Trust is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing goes smoothly. Here's a couple of examples...if you haven't signed in within the last 30 days you are required to change your password. Now I like security but this is ridiculous. I have used 13 passwords now in the 3 years I've unfortunately had an account. BTW, the reason I have an account is they took over Pensco Trust and I have an asset that can't be transferred out. Another ridiculous policy is that every transfer, in or out, needs a medallion signature guarantee which is time consuming to attain. Additionally, Pacific Premier Trust fees are exorbitant! Avoid this Trust company and take your business elsewhere.
