Negotiations for a new internal phone system in 2007 saw the company diversify by utilising their technological expertise to create their first ever Voice over IP (VoIP) system in 2008.

Great service, easy to implement and even easier to use
We have had a great experience using Packnet's services. The system was really easy to install and configure, and they've been really responsive on any support requests and further equipment we've needed. We also have access to an online portal which means we have really clear visibility on our usage and billing which is a big help.
All in all, would completely recommend!

Acorn Occupational Health have worked with Packnet for over 6 years. The support and after service they provide to us either via email communication or when we ring to speak to the team is excellent. It's very simple to make small changes yourself on the portal or to retrieve reports and statistical information. To putting a call plan together and working together with Packnet team to implement the new call plan and changes to the whole of the business.

Our company changed over to Packnet 2 years ago after being with a company that were a nightmare to get through to on the phone and deal with. Since we have been with Packnet we have had a different experience altogether, the team members are so helpful, they listen and deliver the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Packnet.

Great customer service!

Whenever we have any issues (usually with our Metronet- not Packnet direct) the support staff are so helpful and always follow up to make sure things are sorted! The email requests are always dealt with quickly and then logged so if you do need to ring up, you don't have to repeat yourself to different people, they just pull the job number up.
The online site is really easy to use, we update our dial plans, download call recordings and monitor our staff usage, literally at the click of a button.
They order all our phones, head sets, handsets and anything else we need and they arrive configured so you just plug it in and go.
We've used Packnet for many years and will continue to do so!

Why Packnet?
We decided to go with Packnet after meeting them at their offices in Manchester, at the time we were based round the corner so we initially like the fact they were local but more importantly they shared the same customer support ethos as us.
The contract we signed is a rolling 30 day contract which speaks volumes, you don't build a business offering contracts like this without rock solid customer service. Highly recommended!

We would most definitely recommend Packnet - it is so refreshing to speak to someone who knows our account and who can help whilst you are on the phone. Porting is also painless so that has been a revelation too after years of hassle. Prices are good, accounts people are easy to deal with - its all good news with Packnet!!

After being at the mercy of a different VoIP supplier for a number of years, Packnet are a breath of fresh air. We've been a customer of Packnet's for 6 years now and would not think about looking anywhere else. The service has been rock solid from day one.
The entire team is fantastic to work with, support, accounts, development. If we need a feature that's not there, the development team work with us to implement it. In the rare event of a problem, the support team are all over it. The Metis platform is a dream to use making provisioning and support easier than ever before.
