They took forever to pick up my parcel…
They took forever to pick up my parcel and when they did, they returned it 2 days after saying invoice(which is there) is missing. Printed another but they want to to pay(£160) for the same service again…
Took the parcel to the office in Leeds but they rejected. Why should I pay for a service that was never rendered again when the only thing missing was the invoice. Horrible!!! DO NOT USE THEM, FRAUD!!!

smashed macallan bottle
I have had a lot of packages sent from different auctions around the uk mainly using MBE and I once tried Pack&Send Leeds what a mistake poor packaing for sending bottles, an expensive bottle of 12 YO 1990S Macallan smashed and box of the 2nd bottle of 1979 Scapa had to be thrown away and no refund on 96.22GBP for the packing and posting and only 450GBP well under valued i have pictures from UPS and manager and driver said how poor packaging was to send bottles of whiskey no refund and no offer any more monies just that i paid for a service whihc was very poor and insurance covered the cost of damaged goods, never did and why was not refunded the amount for packing and postage when it was totally inadequate 96.22GBP down the drain if i could give a minus review i would

Just so easy to deal with from the outset (Cath Wolfenden) For someone who knew nothing about air freighting a painting overseas they were great at explaining how it works. Comms were great all along and when we opened the package in the US with our friends a few days later the packing and protection of the painting was excellent.

Reliable and responsive. Excellent service. Have used a number of times now to send paintings for exhibition and delivery to clients in the US. It makes a massive difference knowing there is someone who can actually find out details and sort out issues with international couriers. Reliable and responsive at every point from collection for packing through to delivery challenges with the courier used.

Clear advice, clear pricing and first class service
I had two artworks to send from the UK to Australia. I had never used any kind of agency to ship goods abroad but after research, chose Pack & Send UK. I was rewarded with a prompt service and clear and helpful information about shipping costs, customs duties and other potential import taxes. Deplorable customer service
After numerous email sent specifying the size of our parcel, they managed to give the wrong size to the company they used to collect it.
The parcel left for a day, then finally came back to us, damaged, because they made a mistake.
We have been offered a refund, as the contract has not been respected and we have been waiting for a sign of life from them for almost a month now.
Taking our money was pretty easy but give it back seems impossible.
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen !!
I really don't recommend this company !!!

As we outline in various communications we have with prospective customers, our pricing is based on a variety of factors including the size and weight of the item, the type of packing required to ensure it is safe, the distance for collection, the inclusion of loss/damage cover, the final destination and the delivery service required.
Our service centres provide a personalised estimate for the unique circumstances of the shipments we are asked to handle and our pricing reflects this. We work to high standards and offer excellent value but we do understand that everybody has their own needs and constraints and we may not be the right solution on all occasions.
We do, however, provide a clear summary of our service and our pricing in our estimates which allows customers to decide to proceed or not as they see fit. We note that you chose not to progress with our services and obviously respect that decision, although we are surprised that you would post such a critical review for a product that you have not actually used.
We work with many businesses and individuals in the UK and beyond and receive a great deal of positive feedback from people who have used our services (often many times) and have subsequently recognised the security, quality, flexibility and value that we have delivered for them.

PC damaged, company won't reply
I shipped a PC with them in December and the graphics card was pushed and damaged when they put expanding foam inside. The damage was irreparable and I've had to replace it now.
I tried to contact the company via email twice (end of Dec and mid jan) and they have failed to acknowledge or respond to this, they are completely ignoring me, it's now been 2 months since shipping and I know I'm not eligible for any claim at this stage which is severely disappointing.
They used UPS who contacted me directly rather than pack and send organising it on my behalf. UPS refused to acknowledge that this machine was a personal item and not for resale, the value of the machine was £1500 and I was charged in total £350 approx for shipping and another £350 by UPS for customs. Considering thie machine arrived damaged after all of that I'm super unhappy with the service.
Additionally my name was spelt wrong on the invoice sent to me, but they corrected it when I pointed it out after the collection was arranged.
The external packaging was good and their responsiveness in general pre-shipping was good.
All in all, for a 1.5k machine it cost me 700 quid and it still arrived damaged and the company are dodging every email I send.
