About Pact Coffee

We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

We are, however, sorry to hear that you dropped a star as you found our coffee a little overpriced compared to other roasters. The cost per bag of our coffee comes from its specialty-grade quality, the care taken in roasting and processing it, and the care taken by the growers to produce this fantastic crop
We also work directly with our growers to pay them above fairtrade prices - this alongside the top quality of our coffee is why our coffee can be a bit more expensive than other companies.

Enjoyed the quality and service
Enjoyed the randomness of quality coffee being delivered. Choose the random selection option for my regular packs. A year later, and still am enjoying the service. Deliveries are compact and non-wasteful. Service is good; it offers options for delivery timing and the delivery interval. Even was able to pause when possessed too much at home and needed time to finish what was left.

Loyal customer since 2015
I've been a customer since 2015 and never left a review (my bad). Getting coffee delivered like this is a real pleasure and I get to try so many different varieties. They are sized to go through a mailbox so never any delivery issues. Will continue to be a loyal customer.

While we always expect our products to perform reliably under normal use, the 16 months since your cafetière was received does make it challenging for us to assess the factors that may have contributed to the issue. Items of this nature are regularly exposed to high temperatures, pressure changes, and frequent handling, all of which can contribute to general wear and tear over time and may affect durability.
