Have recently come back to Pact Coffee, having enjoyed some of the coffee a few years ago. We decided to give it another go as we liked the coffee they offered. Very impressed by their subscription... See more

We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work? You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly? Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice? We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Be very careful with Pact coffee. They have an appalling customer service. They send out unwanted coffee. Their emails are not answerable. Instead of looking to engage with customers, they look to make a quick profit. They are not a very nice company in my opinion.

Lovely coffee and a very prompt delivery. Can't wait to receive my next order!

I've been a subscriber/customer for 10+ years and heartily recommend Pact to everyone. I started as a mid tier subscriber to a bag every month, quickly upscaled to one every two weeks. Within a year or two I was offered a special price on moving up to their top tier, which is more micro lot coffee, i accepted that offer and have never changed back, fantastic coffees with informative tasting notes and great flavour. Good customer service on the small amount of times I have had to use it, usually because a delivery has gone missing, never because of product quality. I occasionally buy an extra bag when it really intrigues me or they have a special and I've never been disappointed.

Been using Pacts subscription service for a good while now. I’m mostly an espresso drinker and use whole beans. I freshly grind them at home and use my manual espresso maker, and the extraction always comes out creamy, with a beautiful golden brown colour. A sure sign of quality coffee! And I always enjoy switching between the different subscription options, to get a new bag I haven’t tried before.
Highly recommend this company if you enjoy quality coffee and a convenient flexible subscription service

Really delicious decaf coffee, I got the one with notes of dark chocolate. It has a nice complex flavour, definitely worth the money and It also has a nice thick creamer on top.

Amazingly fresh, deliciously smooth wholebeans, excited to explore my Pact subscription again. Love the obvious care Pact go into not just around the product itself but the origin, the story, farmer etc The Fazenda Reis is my first and is seriously delicious, I'm a big fan of South American coffee and this Brazilian one doesn't disappoint.

My husband and I are really enjoying the flavours which come through. Subtle and just enough without taking away from a good cup of coffee. Great quality and we use it in our cafetière and have no issues at all. Wonderful resealable packaging too. Bought enough to last us a couple months.

I previously wrote a review about my experience with my delivery. I take it back - I am sorry Pact Coffee, it actually wasn't their fault they did send the parcel next day 24 hour tracked, but Royal Mail sent my parcel to the wrong depot. I have a 2 year old crazy toddler and a new born baby and was clearly sleep deprived and desperate for a cup of coffee hence my frustration. Again I am sorry the coffee is incredible and I will definitely be ordering more if you forgive my previous 1* review xxx

Had my first order and sometimes I’ve had issues with coffee being to finally ground, but this seems to go through my espresso machine well and delivery was fast. Usually, I find coffee smells better than the taste but this coffee tastes better than it smells.

Nice decaf coffee...but...don't offer discounts on your homepage that aren't available.
25% off but not for me, apparently.
Add some clear T&Cs.
And define what a new customer is (not sure if a one-off purchase counts when signing up for a subscription).

Great coffee and great customer service. I accidentally ordered ground instead of beans for my first pact coffee order and customer service were great in helping me deal with my mistake. The coffee itself is delicious and has a rich taste much better than other brands I have been using! Will definitely be keeping up with my coffee subscription!

Very taste products but should be cheaper or more ways for discount.
