The bikes were at home in just 2 days, well packed (as in their published video) and with no defects.

A truly great bike with very easy access.
Delivered almost ready to ride with simple tasks remaining. I am very pleased with the bike.

Bought two pacto 4s folding bikes. The quality is very good. The delivery was quite fast. And I only had to do minor assembly (insert the seat into the bike) and adjustments (tuning the derailleur).

The customer service is great. There was one little metal bar (not structural) that wasn't bent correctly, and they sent me 2 reserve items free of charge.

I highly recommend this brand and website.

Ordered bike online and it was delivered to Portugal in 8 days. Bike of good quality. I just needed to adjust the front brake caliper everything else was fine and ready to ride. The bike came with a little tool kit as well. Only thing was advertised as with lights but no back light included just the front one.

I ordered a bike from Pacto that showed up in just four days, which was amazing. After putting it together, I realized I’d ordered the wrong model by mistake. When I contacted Pacto about returning it, they explained that it had to be sent back in the original box and couldn’t have been ridden. Totally fair policy — but at that point, I thought my friend had thrown the shipping box away, so I figured I was stuck with it.

The next day I got lucky and found out my friend hadn’t thrown the box out after all. I contacted Pacto again, explained the situation, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They asked me to repack the bike and send them a photo of how it was packed. Within minutes of reviewing it, they replied that everything looked perfect and said I was free to return it. I was thrilled — I’d been expecting to be stuck with a bike I didn’t want, but they made the process quick and painless.

Throughout the entire process, their communication was fantastic — every email was polite, professional, and often answered within 10 minutes. I’ve since ordered the model I meant to buy in the first place, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how Pacto handled everything. Mistakes happen, but the way a company responds makes all the difference. Pacto was simply outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to buy from them again.

Great Bicycle!

It has only been a couple of weeks since I've been using my Pacto ONE and so far my experience has been great! No complaints whatsoever. Personally I find the bike quite sturdy and comfortable to ride (I'm 182cm tall). I have only use it for short commutes around the city and I'm yet to try it on other terrain besides pavement and concrete, but it gives me the impression that it will be able to handle gravel and dirt roads without a problem. The suspension fork together with the fat tyres provide a stable ride!

Not according to the law rules. And no answer on my question about this. Just getting ignored is a bit too less.

A great bike for the price. The bike needs some adjustments after receiving it, like tightening a few nuts and such, but that was clearly communicated beforehand. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been sesrching for a folding bike for long time. Came across this website and fell in love with Pacto Two. I’ve had this bike for only 2 weeks now, but it is good quality for that price. Had no issues whatsoever. It rides smoothly, no damages while shipping. The customer service is really nice, helpful and quick to respond. I was little bit scared when they told me that they deliver with PostNL, but the Extra@Home experience was good and the driver was very helpful. Would definetly recommend if you are looking for casual rides around the city.

Overall, it's an okay bike for the price. I found changing the batteries for the rear light a bit difficult. Also, I'm getting clicking sound on the stem while riding. It takes some getting used to as I hadn't ridden on such small bike before. My rating is closer to 3.5/5
