Having my chassis swapped on my Series 3 Landrover - so far have ordered over £1000 of parts from Paddocks: comms has been good, shipping very prompt and no complaints as to the quality of a vast array of items from leaf suspension to brackets and bolts from my mechanic/LR guru.

Need to inform and support customer.
I didn't appreciate the initial ordering process. The lady on the phone was helpful to the point of being obstructive. She told me the shipping cost when ordering by phone was higher than on the internet, and she couldn't provide any extra advice or information beyond what is available online. People use a company like yours for service that includes supporting information to help make an informed decision about which part or item to buy.
Also shipping costs are very expensive

We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding your recent ordering experience. We are truly sorry to hear that the phone ordering process and shipping costs caused frustration. We do help all we can with making purchasing decisions but sometimes it comes down to personal choice of brand, price etc. It appears that most couriers charge extra for Isle of Man deliveries as it is an island.
Slow delivery but quality parts
Paddocks informed me the servicing kit was on order from their suppliers. It took 10 days to arrive so order well in advance of doing the work. The Britpart kit is good quality.
