Scam company. Will randomly “make a business decision” and close your account without reason or tell you why they’ve made this decision and tell you can’t open account with them or any other betting companies under the FLUTTER Uk&I group ? Btw I’ve never made more than €40???

I placed 4 bets on group winners at this years World Cup
All 9 selections won which meant I had many thousands to collect from my local PP shop
Slips presented at the counter . Slips scanned
Then it was , we need your ID before we pay this one out . Presented to them then they wanted to take my photo as head office wanted to ensure my id and photo matched
Now I am feeling like a criminal!!
Verified customer now recorded on their data base. Can I be paid out please . Answer we are waiting for the bets to be unlocked now
All the above is done via e mail and head office whilst I am stood at the counter
5 hours later the bets are finally unlocked and I am paid back to my card

Disgusting company who love to take your money but hate paying it back

I’ve been with paddy power for a while now , upon registration , identification and proof of adress were provided which is often needed when setting up an account. I have honestly put thousands on over the time I have been with this company , they have never once been in touch with me about my spending . 6 days ago I was on my account playing , winning and randomly get a message to say my account has been suspended. They suspended my account for so called safer gambling reasons , they are now with holding my funds they have asked for numerous things such as proof of ID proof of adress and bank statements. I already provided my ID and proof of adress when my account was created. I’ve been waiting 6 days now and the company are saying my account is under review and there is no time scale. I would advise people to stay well clear of this company . It’s quite remarkable that while depositing money into the account in the hundreds no safer gambling measures are put into place. Only after winning funds .

Good selection of games but just cant win on this site bonuses are extremely hard and very low payouts i left for a while cone back and same just top top cant withdraw anything very mean site my bonus chests are full to max but just wont trigger not good will give it one more try when I can if nothing back ill be deactivating the site sick of trying.

Paddy Power they are a shocking company to deal with happy to take your money for lotto bets for years and in the last 3 months they have blocked my account for no apparent reason & if your lucky to win you cant actually get into your account to withdraw your winnings. 4 days I'm trying to contact them and everyone i deal with on the chat are useless cant help & won't put you through the correct department, I got told yesterday to expect a phone call at 1.30pm I'm still waiting for this too, & apparently they emailed me but I never recieved this & there going to email me again just have to wait until decide when this might happen. PP your a disgraceful company .

Ask paddy power for help, correcting a card on my account and it was all sorted with in 20 odd minutes!

Ive tried lots of different sites.but paddy power is by far the best.you get free bets for loyalty.they give out free bets for football and horse racing.very fast and friendly customer service.instant money withdrawals.everything the others dont do.tried and trusted

Disgraceful. They have a deposit/withdrawal rule that pretends to be there to protect the customer, but it essentially means that once you start winning more money than you deposit, they make it almost impossible for you to withdraw your money.

For a company that promotes safer gambling and has warnings about gambling addiction, forcing people to leave their winnings in their Paddy Power account is uttering disgusting.

Their so-called agents are even worse. They just fob you off with useless information until you give up. Shameful
