PadsForStudents- argumentative and Shoddy

Pads For Students is a very easy to use website for advertising student property. However, when I directed potential tenants to view photographs of the property and ask them to Google search the address, the property was marked as "Let Agreed" much to my surprise. I contacted the company who said I needed to provide proof. I then emailed a screenshot 3x but they still insisted they had no proof. It was only after a few emails of being patronised and being offered a lesson on how to use website did it become clear a previous agent still had my property listed. Despite this finding, PadsForStudents couldn't see how this could impact letting out the empty house! PadsForStudents claim they are unable to delete the old listing asked ME to contact the previous agents rather than offering to contacting them on my behalf. PadsForStudents have offered to delete my account and "associated advert" of my property ( hmm thought they were unable to do this) but have never offered me a refund for my money. 1 week later I still await a response re: a refund.
