The advertisement was true it works as they said it would bought one and tried it and it works very well and I can tell you I do suffer badly pain there all the time I have used the pen on and off and do get relief from it so go and try it you won’t be disappointed

I recently received my Paingone Plus
I have been using it as per instructions
Is it usual for the pain to sting so much that it becomes counter productive to use ??
I have given it to others to use and they have all returned with same opinion – to uncomfortable to use for any short length to time to even experience the benefit !

I sent this feedback to customer service 2 weeks ago and still no response :(

The electric current in the paingun is extremely strong and was really painful, therefore I am sending it back straight away.

The device can be effective. It is sometimes difficult to reach certain areas and you may need a second person if you need to target back pain.
Given that it runs on small batteries, it gives quite a zap which does take a little getting used to, but it can reduce your pain. Working out quite where to put it to get the maximum affect can be tricky, but improves with use.

Works very well on my hip pain use ut 3 4 times a day dimple use

Very pleased with the paingone pen. I have a painful neck and it definitely helps straightaway to ease the pain. Very good compact gadget to use.

The Paingone Plus TENS pen has worked wonders for both my husband and my pain. My husband has a meniscus in his knee and due to a heart condition, is unable to take ibuprofen. The Paingone pen has been amazing in helping his knee pain. I have also used it for neck pain and again gives me such relief.

Did get it for my feet but as I have nerve damage it doesn’t work on them however have used it on my shoulders and does help.

It doesn’t work for me thanks but it was worth the try

After receiving my paingone I used it on some arthritic pain and as advertised it did offer pain relief. Excellent very happy with my purchase

Terrible definitely not as described, I use tens machines and do not get anything like the mini electric shocks that your device gives. I ordered 2 and both do the same. I have asked to return them but 3 weeks on and you still have not confirmed. I will be going through PayPal to reclaim my money. Terrible product you need to stop with the false advertisements.

A definite improvement on my pain level. I find it quite uncomfortable to use but I am quite sensitive so maybe I just have to get used to the sensation.

I do not think this product helped me.
Maybe good for other people.

Ordered Paingone, and when I received them I read that I shouldnt use it because I have a pacemaker. I have returned the packge to them with everything intact as I never opened either of the containers. Have not heard if they received it as yet. Hope I get a refund as it cost me $20 to send it back.

I have not received my order. I received an email saying records show my order has been delivered but I have not received it. I sent the company 2 emails regarding this and they have not responded to me. I'm thinking this was a scam.
