Got off to a bad start,put in the battery (correctly) and got a shock when I tried to use it. When I removed the battery it was red hot and I disposed of it. Have used a few times for knee and back pain but haven't really seen any difference so far. Will keep using to see if anything changes.

I had been looking online for sometime for something to help me with the pain in my joints and I was delighted to come across paingone.
I have never trusted any product that involved taking tablets to reduce the pain unless it was prescribed by my doctor, sadly nothing he has said I should try has ever really helped which is why I turned to the internet to try and find a solution that works for me.
The reviews I read had me thinking that this product could help me to reduce the pain I have in my joints.
So after giving it some thought I placed my order which arrived quite quickly. I read the instructions that came with it and proceeded to get to work on my joints.
After a few months I must report that nothing has changed my pain is still with me. Also nowhere did I read that it is painful to use. It is like a shooting pain when using on the joints with a bit of extra flesh on.
So I am sad to report that my paingone is now back in its box and shoved in the back of my cupboard.
It has not helped at all and so it is back to the internet to see if there is anything else I can try

I found it too painful to use. It seemed to work in removing my knee pain, but I don't think I will continue with it, sorry

See no relief. Disappointed.

Been using it now on knee and hip I am seeing ,/ feeling a little better warther its the change in weather or the machine its anybody,'s guess. Just hoping to see more improvement.

I have just started to use the Paingone Pen and it worked!! I was a bit hesitant and didn’t think it would work but it actually did! Pain didn’t go 100% but was reduced by 75% or more! I am totally amazed, thank you!

The device gave me nasty little electric shocks, even through my clothes. I thought I had a duff one, but the replacement was just the same. I've given two stars because the customer service was good, although in reality I have paid for something unsuitable which I can never use (unless somebody upsets me to the point of wanting to taser them).

I’ve only had my unit about a week so it’s difficult to say yet if it will help me.I’ve used it twice daily since getting it on my pain in my knees, the joints now are bone on bone so I’m hoping PainGone will be more successful than other treatments I’ve tried.

I’ve had shoulder pain for almost two years, three days of using Paingone and I’m able to do things I previously couldn’t and the pain has almost gone. Before Paingone I’d say the pain at its worst was 9/10 now it’s 2/10

I received this quickly, well packaged, tried it a couple of times but not noticed any difference yet, maybe I’m building up to it giving me pain relief?

I need more time to guage the effect of my gadget - so far so good - but I've only had it a couple of days or so, so will get back to you

I was prepared for this to be a scam - I must admit, but it genuinely isn’t! My shoulder pain was massively reduced the first time I used it. I can’t the electricity pulse is my favourite but the results are amazing…I will be recommending to everyone I know.

I was amazed that it worked and relieved the intensity of my pain

At first it was fine then one day I used it on my hand between my fingers I felt a pain. Two hours later my hand started to swell up and started to go black, the pain was so bad I had to take two days off from work. Went to the Hospital to find out I had burst a blood vessel in my hand, so as you can imagine I was not bloody happy about it .

No thing but a clicking noise. No pain relief at all. The area of the pen is tiny too.

I am sorry but I bought this for a friend so I have no personal experience. However she seems pleased with the pain relief she definitely experiences. I would buy one for myself on her recommendation.

I complained that the device was not working correctly and wanted to seek advice about getting refunded but no further replies came so I was very annoyed and still have the useless device :-(

Wish I'd bought 2 when they were on offer so I had a spare to keep in my handbag/car!
I have used a TENS machine before with some success but didn't like fiddling around with sticky gel pads and wires.
I had a damaged shoulder with bad bursitis and a dislocated tendon and was desperate for some relief. I was already on prescription codeine but it wasn't enough, so I decided to give Paingone Plus a go.
It's easy to use and you can apply it as often as needed. I used mine regularly throughout the day and kept it beside the bed at night, as I woke frequently in pain. I really missed it when I'd gone out for a few hours and forgot to put it in my bag. It's so easy and discreet to to take with you for portable relief and can be applied through light clothing.
In the interests of an honest review, I found it could vary from a slightly tingle to a quite painful, brief jolt when applied to some body parts, but the relief was worth it!!
