With the hectic world we live in my order was very late. This was at no fault of PaintGem. Their customer service has been wonderful and they have tried everything they can to keep me informed and make up for the late arrival. I will order from the again.

The product is great. My daughter is very happy. Unfortunately, because of Covid it took a very long time to get it (almost 3 months) but I was able to check the tracking all the time and the company was very responsive via FB messenger.

This product is amazing! I love them! Shipping took a long time because of the pandemic but the staff was very good at getting back to me and updating me as much as possible! Would order again! I also love my custom kit!!

Ok... so my kit came EXTREMELY late. But it wasn’t PaintGem’s fault we are in a pandemic.

However, the quality of my diamond kit was phenomenal. I love every part of it. I got it two weeks ago and I’m still not done lol and I work on it for hours everyday. It’s so fun and relaxing. I’m definitely buying another kit.

It took forever to get because of the virus going on but during the waiting I am able to get a free kit and they kept in contact with me. Once it got here I loved it! It keeps you busy and they are great quality. I will definitely order from here again.

Just a review on my late order. Made order April 16, 2020 was worried all they May no tracking history, PaintGem was great in keeping contact with me assuring it wont show till you get your delivery. But june 12, 2020 it came, and all was packaged great. It was a big order, a custom, free painting and small stuff for kids. Thanks again, I'm working on my very first order of Eiffel Tower, it has ALOT of confetti, but almost done. They have great quality.

Took a long time to receive the package, but I also ordered during COVID. They sent me an email to get a voucher for waiting for so long. But the actual paint gem is super addicting and relaxing 😌 customer service gets back to you super fast.

I just received my PaintGem kit and I think this is so cute! I did have to wait while to get it shipped to me, but so did everything else I ordered during the COVID-19 closures. I’m very excited to start putting together my image and I have already ordered my next kit so when I’m done with this image, I’ll have my next one ready. Definitely recommend this brand!

Due to COVID I completely understand the late arrival. I’m sure the product will be good to use and I’m still excited to try it out

I love Paintgem! I made my order before Mother's Day. I received it in about a month. While this seems like a long time, with everything going on, I think I got it fairly quickly. I also have orders that I made before this one from other companies that I still haven't received. The quality is wonderful as well! I've ordered two so far and I'll definitely be ordering again!

It took forever for my package to get to me (literally over 2 months), but the kit was great and I can’t wait to finish it!! Also, excellent service when I contacted them about my kit being late!

My daughter & I was super excited to get our kits. We ordered them back in late April. A couple weeks went by and our order was still in transit somewhere in NY. I contacted PaintGem via FB Messenger, they got back with me within a couple hours. They sincerely apologized and told me due to Covid-19, shipping was delayed so products could be sterilized properly. A few more weeks went by and still no order. I contacted PaintGem again. They told me that shipping was having major delays due to the Covid-19. (I understood) They deeply apologized, and told me I would receive a free kit for having to patiently wait for my product to arrive. I won't lie, I was a little upset because it took about 1 1/2 months to finally arrive...but...I truly knew it was not PaintGem's fault. During my waiting time, PaintGem was very helpful and respectful with my concerns and kept deeply apologizing how sorry they were but once they send it out, the shipping was out of their control. I notified them as soon as my product arrived and they still kept their word about my free kit due to my wait.
I truly understand why delievery was long and know PaintGem could not do much about it. So I wanted to give them 100% Positive review (5 Stars), because they were very sincere and helpful and was fast at responding back to my messages. Also, their product is simply amazing and fun to do. My oldest gets very frustrated when doing crafts/coloring with tedious things. She usually gives up after the first 5 mins of starting but with PaintGem picture...She sat down and was working on it for about 30 mins without any frustration. I cant wait to finish our pictures so we can get more.

PaintGem has 150% satisfaction in customer service and cares about their customers.

Yes as of right now shipping is taking longer then expected but I will say I won’t go anywhere else then here for personal pictures! I just got one of my best friend and I doing our favorite thing diamond painting. This one was special for me as she just past away... so I am doing one of us in something we loved to do. Thanks again! I love it!

The product took far longer to arrive than expected, even for a custom design. I was very disappointed with the shipping speed, but customer service was very understanding and responded to my concerns in a fast and polite manner. When my kits finally arrived, I was happy with the quality and I was able to get some compensation for the wait. Very good product, but I wish production was faster.

I love my custom picture. The long shipping times are the only reason I'm giving it three stars.. took seven weeks to get it although we are amid a global pandemic and they did send me an email saying it would be later than expected I'm hopeful that the next one I get will come quicker.

Love this product and company, COVID-19 delayed my shipment but the company was so professional in trying their best to update as much a possible and was always so polite every time we spoke. Definitely will be reordering and have already referred to friends and family.

My order took a while to come in as expected with all this stuff going on but the lovely people in the customer service got back to my questions pretty quickly and reassured me. I finally got my custom paintgem and a few extras I ordered and I'm so beyond pleased at the detail they put into the custom picture I ordered! Definitely worth the wait!

Honestly, I love the products. Its so much fun and relaxing to sit and focus on nothing but your gems and let your mind wander. It took a little longer to arrive to me than I would have originally liked, but the company is working with me to handle it. I really look forward to purchasing more, and continuing my relationship with this company.

Due to COVID, shipping took a very long time BUT it was so worth the wait!! I bought a gem kit from Joanns to tide me over until my shipment came in and so I have something to really compare it to.

The most important thing worth noting however, is their EXCELLENT customer service. They were on top of every message I sent, ready with answers, and incredibly kind. That alone is why I didn't cancel my order and ask for a refund. I want to support small businesses with big hearts like these people. I'm so glad I did too.

1. The canvas Paint Gem uses feels thicker and heavier and overall a better quality.
1a) I don't know about the tack of the glue, I don't want to mess with it. Finish one project before you start another.

2. The Paint Gem beads are square, while the kits you'd get at Joanns or Hobby Lobby are round, so there's gaps between the beads that aren't noticeable from a distance, but certainly make a difference when placing them.
2a) I haven't started a Paint Gem canvas yet so I'm not sure how much of a difference it'll really make, but it makes my OCD happy.

3. The Paint Gem tools are definitely superior quality. Softer wax in the adorable macaroon cases that you actually get with each kit anyway, and they can easily be turned into lip balms or small medicine cases once used up. Each wand comes with two attachments that you can put either a row of 3 or a row of 8 beads all at once. (LIFE SAVER I'M TELLING YOU) plus the pink gem wand is cute, comfortable, and well balanced if you like the weight of pens more than the empty tube. Each kit came with a macaroon wax, a tray, a wand, two wand attachments, and a comfort grip for the wand. I have looked in stores for other accessories and they simply aren't there. (Except Amazon/ online of course)

A couple of ways I think they could improve their website:
1. Have an accessories only tab. What else can make this fun thing even better/ easier to do? Different trays, more wand packs to do this with friends, wand extensions, extra beads/ colors, etc.

2. Faster shipping for the cost. I am so pleased with the higher quality but it came at such a higher cost. My Joanns kit was $20 with coupons and needing to buy extra beads. This was $72, but I got 3 kits, better wands, better wax, etc. FREE 2 day shipping over $50 or something.

All in all I'm quite pleased with the product from opening the box. We'll see how well the pictures turn out when I'm done but until then, I'd say it's worth the try.

Only 4 stars because I haven't started a kit yet.
