I ordered a gem painting back on April 24, 2020, nearly 4 months ago! I’ve emailed nearly everyday and the only response I keep getting from Paint Gem is this BS:
“ Hey Pxxxe, Your order (#434xx) is in process already and will be shipped in the upcoming days.The tracking info will be also available soon and will be sent to your email
In general, processing time takes 2-7 business days for custom photos it takes 12 business days and freight transportation will take 8 to 12 business days.Hope this helps”.
They keep lying and lying because after that email I told them that the order number showed to be in process and they would be sending me the tracking info ASAP. The next day I got this email from them:
“ Greetings from PaintGem💎. Regarding your order ##434XX, It says here it was successfully delivered to this address
2OXX Amb Road, Illinois

—Can you please check with your neighbor or contact your local post office?Hope this helps.

Literally the first time I’ve ever been asked as a customer to wander around asking my neighbors if they’ve seen my package or told to go to a USPS facility hoping they’ll remember seeing my package. But it’s all a waste of time because the attached “TRACKING” number this special group of complete asinine monkeys gave me is still incorrect because when you click on it this is where it says it was delivered and it’s where Paint Gem says I supposedly received it even thought on my receipt it shows my a Ship To address as being in Illinois not at this location:
Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 2:09 pm on June 18, 2020 in SPRINGFIELD GARDENS, NY 11413.

Now they won’t respond to my emails and/or my phone calls. And I have yet to see any of the money they stole back on my credit card.

Horrible Company-absolutely horrible!

When I ordered my first kit, it did take a good while for it to ship. I ordered back in April, and didn’t get it till July. But all the while they answered all of my emails and any questions I had, they were increasingly helpful and patient! For compensation, they offered me a free kit, but I took the voucher instead and got a large kit at a discount! My second kit shipped SUPER fast and I had it with in two weeks! I’d recommend buying from them now that they have a better delivery system in place. They have a ton of cute and fun designs that you will be working on for hours!!

My order was delayed due to Covid but once it finally got here everything was great! Such a fun project. They even sent me a free kit for the delay.

There were many delays due to Covid, but i know this is out of Paint Gem’s control. They were great with communication throughout the entire wait and compensated with a gift due to the extreme delays (2.5 months wait). Great customer service for a great product!!

Right now, due to covid, shipping is taking up to 6 weeks. Where this is understandablely frustrating, these kits are being shipped overseas so long shipping times are to be expected. Especially during a worldwide pandemic. The delays aren't Paint Gems fault.

I've ordered now a total of 3 kits, 2 of which were XL custom kits, and I've loved all of them. To make shipping time not such a big deal, I order a new kit once I've received my latest order. I work on my current project periodically and by the time it's finished I only have a week or two till my next one arrives.

PaintGem is very accommodating and warm. They were able to grant changes to my shipping address due to unfortunate shipping problems to my original address. They even gave me freebies and discounts for the delays although it wasn’t their fault. Thank you, PaintGem. Will surely order again! 🤗

I would really like to take the time and give an honest repose to this company. While it did take three months to receive my order they were very honest and up front about the order time and answering any and all questions I had about my order. They were very fast at responding to my Facebook messages, I do not think I ever waited long then an hour to get a response from the company. The customer service was top notch. Once I did receive my package everything was there, packaged very well and very nice quality. They offered me a voucher for the delay and I will happily order again for them. Thank you so much for everything!

Ordered a kit from paintgem... and was convinced that I had gotten scammed as it took almost 3 months to get my order (this was during the covid 19 pandemic so I was expecting it to take a little longer but 3 months felt excessive to me) and the tracking information didn't update very often, however I was happy to finally receive my kit. Love that it came with everything you'd need (wax, pen, tray and tweezers) and the product itself is really good quality. Halfway done my picture and I'm excited to see it finished. Some of the symbols are a little difficult to decipher when working on it but you can figure it out based on the colors where you're working. Overall I'm happy with my paintgem kit and will consider buying from them again once the mail system returns to normal delivery times.

Although my order was delayed due to COVID, I was able to contact customer service via Facebook Messenger no problem. They responded to each of my messages and provided me with a response/solution. I’ve received my order and I can’t wait to start my poster!

They don’t even deserve a star! HORRIBLE don’t was your money. If your going to order order fromDiamond Art quality is 1000 times better but most important you will get what you ordered from Diamond Art in 2 days or less. This company Paint Gem I order over $100 of product. 2 kits on April 11th I didn’t get the kits until end of June. The
Kits came separately every time i reached out to them which was a lot they promised me due to my inconvenience I would get a free kit. Well that was a lie! Of course. In order to get a free kit I would have to buy another kit or pay for shipping which I will not
Waste anymore of my money to this company. To top it off they asked me to write a good review for them since they have such bad reviews. Horrible service horrible

Ordered my product as COVID-19 hit. Shipping took longer but not on the fault of PaintGem. I am in love with my product. I had a custom picture done and it’s everything I wanted- experiences and product.

Although it took months to get the order in-hand, the customer service made the best of the situation. Items are as described. Excited to get started on the kits!

The paintings are beautiful, and the customer service is outstanding! I am already planning future orders.

Due to covid it took longer then I thought. However, the product is amazing and I love how colorful the ones I got are!! Would recommend

The delay was understandable and it was worth the wait. The packaging, supplies, and custom picture are all fantastic! Much better than other kits I have ordered. I will definitely buy again!

I ordered my custom picture in April during the lockdowns and Covid crisis. I was told it usually takes 2 weeks but it actually took 2 months. At first I was disappointed it was taking so long my tracking information never moved. I reached out to paint gem and they tried there best to help me, but said it was stuck in transit. The post office tried to see what was going on and they said it was never dropped off or fraud. I was frustrated but then it showed up! It never moved just waiting for acceptance to my front door on June 11th exactly 2 months from the day I ordered it. It took me about a month On and off working on it on my days off and it’s beautiful. I’ve already ordered a new one and now know what to expect

Shipping took about two months. They are very responsive, but not super helpful. They promised me a free kit and I followed up twice, but the person I contacted said they would have their manager send a code, but failed to. I’ve been waiting a few weeks to make this review to see if they would come through with their promise. The product itself is great and it was very enjoyable to put together. Just the company itself has some work to do.

Although it took a very long time for me to receive my package (I’m not sure if it was just because of COVID or if it’s normally like this), the customer service has been AMAZING. They responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. I finally received my kit and I LOVE it! It’s very relaxing and the finished product is amazing. I highly recommend.
