Ordering was straight forward and easy to do, I was kept up to date when delivery was expected and informed when it was delivered

Paint match no where near correct. Sent them multiple pictures as requested but just keep telling me to shake it more. I literally can’t not shake it any more and it’s still miles off. They are not interested in rectifying the issue as they simply refuse to believe it’s wrong. I have given up chasing them as life is too short. Will never use again and suggest no one else does.

I would like to ask where my product is please? I have been asked what I think of the product and I still have not received it???

I purchased a 50ml touch up bottle for a scratch on my Volvo XC60 back in Oct 2023 and I was delighted with the result, however I'm not one for doing reviews, till now. I had kept what was left in a draw in the office & last month returned to the car at Sainsbury's to see another scratch. I thought well I've still got some I'll try it & 3 years on it's as good as the first time you cannot see where I've touched it in. Their product is Excellent *****

I was surprised to find that the colour coat was such an exact match. The delivery was a bit ahead of schedule.

You're here because you're wondering if a £20 bottle of paint can do the job, or at least partway, of a professional.

And you know the answer is no. Of course it can't. And it's not even close.

The paint colour doesn't match, several shades too dark in my case so painfully obviously not the original. The brush it comes with is such poor quality you can't get a decent finish (you can see the brush strokes), and the quality is exactly what you should expect for the price. I mean, ultimately this is on me isn't it?

If you were sat on your porch, eleven beers in and reading the newspaper, and I sped by at 70mph, and you looked up but as you looked up there was a total solar eclipse, you probably wouldn't notice the difference between the colour and finish of this paint and the original, but in every other situation, it's so obvious it's embarrassing.

Took over 2 weeks just to reply to a email!! They took nearly 3 weeks to send the item and lost a job because of it will never use again , had to open a case with the bank to get my money back as they are refusing to send a refund even though I sent a email before they sent it but they blamed it on ( having issues with emails ) stay away and use the paint stores with 5 stars !!!

Touch up paint did not match original despite colour code given. Complained but they insisted it was correct. No refund offered. Won’t deal with again.

Colour was not far off but there is no way you can achieve a matching finish with these pens. I sanded in between with fine paper but it ended up looking like a dog's dinner. I'm quite adept at these things but that finish was unattainable.

Ordered item and paid in full 27/06/25. Item not received and contacted three times to ask where it is and request feedback. Automated email to say reply within one business day. Noone has come back to me, and no product either!

As a previous professional painter I cannot recommend this product and company enough. The customer services are excellent and always willing to help . I will certainly use again in the future.
