Unfortunately this Naples- Walk location as well a number of others in the Naples area are owned & operated by the same principals who are the most rude, unprofessional people with the least amount of customer- sensitivity I have ever encountered on the part of any vendor or supplier I have worked with during my entire career! It is unfortunate there are no other local iPostal locations in the area that they do not own because I can no longer utilize any services which are part of their operations and refuse to ship any products via Fedx, DHL or UPS using their services. Equally unfortunate, their employees who are the polar opposite, being most professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with had to experience in front of other customers just how these principals ( their employer ) are capable of treating the important customers they routinely service. These customers are why they are all there!
