Horrible service today in Palæo Fields
Horrible service today in Palæo Fields. We placed the order, as usual, in the app. and 10 min later, order was still pending. We went to the restaurant and asked the girl whet is happening and she mentioned that the ipad is not charged. We waited for aprox. 10 minutes for ipad to charge and then she figured out that she cannot fulfil the order since she had no sweet potatoes. We placed the order again, this time directly in the restaurant and we got the food after another 10 min, but everything was cold. So, 30 min wasted for some cold food. We asked for a bag in the end ( she didn’t asked if we need one for our to go order, although it should have been obvious) and she replied that we need to pay for it. We were expected to get the bag as a tiny compensation for the poor service so far, but no, it was not possible. One less customer from now on.
