Shocking service! The tracking system does not accurately depict the journey of the shipment. The company does not act upon delivery requests made. The driver says he is in one place and he clearly is not. The dispatcher promises to phone back with yet more information relaying when the delivery will be made and doesn’t. We are now on day 4 of waiting in for our delivery and still no accurate information from them - shocking, shoddy service - avoid!

Ordered tiles & when we read the reviews on this delivery company we weren’t expecting much but tiles came next day, in the time slot emailed on the morning. Driver was polite & tiles all not damaged so we shouldn’t have worried

The depot is a terrible place to work,abusive staff, very chaotic and always late,useless.

I booked in advance with the online shop a delivery for a specific date of a big amount of wood flooring and accessories for the installation.
The communication and the costumers service have been brilliant.
Delivery in time and staff polite and helpful.

Terrible company to deal with.
Booked delivery, took a day of work, confirmed a delivery slot at 8am, rang at 5pm to be told the pallet hadn’t been put on the lorry.
Was guaranteed delivery the next morning between 6am-9am. No delivery.

The office staff are worse than the delivery team and have little to no idea what seems to be happening.

I would never choose to use this company.

Abusive drivers and customer service

Abusive driver going through roadworks because he was held up for an extra 25 seconds max. Amazing how much he values the company he works for when the company name is all over the vehicle

Stupid Driver parked opposite a parked car in a narrow road, completely blocking access in and out of the road (cul de sac) for approximately 20 minutes. Zero consideration for other road users.

Pall-Ex do NOT USE THEM!

They collected a pallet and that was 13 x days ago the tracking keeps changing to a load of nonsense im deeply concerened that they have lost or stolen the pallet! Pallet2ship use them and i wish i never did beware guys 13 x days with a pallet loads of incorrect tracking and still not delivered 2 x weeks now UK - IRELAND!

Seems to be a theme in these reviews!

Was supposed to have a delivery on Friday from Fitshop where Pall-Ex is used as the carrier. The delivery never arrived, tracking isn't updated and the updates provided are vague and meaningless, probably the worst tracking I've seen from a courier.

2 days later, still haven't had an updated delivery date, still says Friday, last time I checked you couldn't deliver in the past.

Horrendous company to deal with. Booked leave from work yesterday to take delivery. Tracking info is literally farcical. Still no delivery today a day late and no idea when to expect.

Truly awful when a courier company lies to their customers. I had a deliver scheduled for the 23rd and it stated it was being delivered on their tracking app. They then called late morning to say they were not delivering for another 4 days. They tried to claim it was never going to be delivered despite their app saying it was. Lies lies lies. Probably just want to knock off work early for the Bank Holiday.

After reading reviews bit apprehensive. How wrong was I dispatched from England 9 45.Arrived glasgow next day great service thank you.

Shed due for delivery on Friday. Leave booked…..no delivery.
Guaranteed Monday by 1330…..nothing.
Still out for delivery on the Monday at 1700.
2009 it is back at base.
Tuesday no delivery and no information on when it may be delivered.
4 days of annual leave wasted, contents of old shed soaked with rain.
Probably the worst and most costly delivery company i have dealt with.

The driver went above and beyond today. Really respectful to my property and even went as far to move my sunflowers to avoid damage from his door! Put the pallet exactly where asked to and overall a credit to the company!

Dion - the delivery driver was very helpful and professional and made such a difference as it was an awkward address to deliver to and Dion went above and beyond to help the situation.

Really Poor Service, staff didn't seem to care

Notified my order would be delivered between 4 and 6pm. I took the afternoon off work and waited in and no attempt was made to deliver nor was a phone call made to explain this. Checked my ring cameras (I have 2) and there's nothing there at all. Tracking details said 'premises' closed. When we called to chase we were told there was nowhere for the delivery truck to park. Every other delivery company just parks in the middle of the road with their hazards on to make small deliveries. Absolute shambles. I'm sure most places in London dont have parking available for trucks!!

Driver delivered a massive oak casket previously used for distilling whiskey then helped lift it over my narrow front gate. I couldn't have done it alone and really appreciated the assistance.
