Stole a mutual customer's domain name!

I had the need to liase with Pam who owns this business after she refused to release a domain name when a mutual customer decided she out outgrown Pam Web Design. I called to speak to her, and was abruptly told me that she wasn't interested in the call. Obviously VERY bitter to have lost a customer. I have tried to email, and we have eventually had to settle for a new domain as this lady Registered the domain in her own name and so the website owner has essentially had her domain stolen. Beware, if you choose to go here, you will likely not ever be able to leave without sacrificing your domain name. Very unprofessional business attitude.
