Panache restaurant/takeaway, Sutton Coldfield, don't waste your hard earned money here
I placed an order online on 22/08 and the delivery time was estimated to be 1hr45 mins after, I didn't mind too much but then it arrived at around 2hrs10 mins after order was placed. Again, not too bad if the food is good as the reviews indicated. Unfortunately, the food was fairly bland, it's not Indian as claimed, its more like Bangladeshi, not a bad thing but this wasn't done particularly well. Then the naan i ordered was a real let down for a few reasons. One, I only ordered three as they were around £3.50 each which is extortionate compared to other restaurants who give you double the size. Two, they were small. Three, I'd ordered a cheese naan but got a plain one instead. And four, the Peshwari naan was a real disappointment, having hardly any filling inside. I've enjoyed great cheese and peshwari naans at a Kashmiri place in Selly Oak, this was truly appalling in comparison.
Finally, I gave the restaurant the chance to make this right by emailing them that night. They replied the next night asking for my number which I promptly gave, that was three days ago and I've not heard from them since.
Shame on you Panache, there are many brilliant restaurants out there and this isn't the time to be so complacent with those who could so easily become repeat business for you.
