No Amex - website is not correct
Doesn’t actually take American Express despite saying they do, very cagey about why, apparently Amex have blocked them because they had claims against them from dissatisfied customers.

Great gear
Great gear, great customer service by Tina and the team, and speedy delivery ( 6 days). The price knocks the socks off of UK prices, and Panamoz give a 3 year UK guarantee as well. Whats not to like? I bought a R7 previously and now a Canon R1 and a Canon 35mm F1.4L lens (VCM). Just as good now as it was a couple of years ago. Happy customer!

I have bought from Panamoz twice now and both times I’ve received excellent service. This final time though was a standout. I placed my order on the Wednesday and Monday morning it was at my door. Though it’s worth pointing out it was already in the UK Friday just not early enough to be on the courier van that day.
Emails are answered quickly which gives confidence that if I needed after sales support it would be there quick and efficiently.
I will probably at this point always buy my equipment through Panamoz.

I came across Panamoz whilst researching the possible purchase of a camera and lens. Initially, I was somewhat sceptical because of the price of products they were offering, however, my mind was put to rest from reading the reviews of the company. I decided to make my purchase and I am so pleased I did. I had the need to email them 3 times, simply to make purchase enquiries, and was impressed with the speed of their replies. Such action gave me reassurance that I had selected a good company. Throughout my dealing with them they have kept me informed of the progress of my purchase and its delivery. When I can afford the other two lens's I require I will be getting them from Panamoz.

Nikon Z8 purchase
They are very reliable and responsive, you can track your package at any time, and it even arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Tina from support is available for any questions and is very professional. I ordered a Nikon Z8 and FTZ II, and everything works perfectly. Highly recommended, and I’m looking forward to my next purchase with them.
