Non repairable Panasonic washing machine

Panasonic washing machines are not made to be repaired. Spare parts are only available from Panasonic, and are quickly discontinued as newer models are released and warranties expire. Energy efficiency is a nonsense when the machine ends up in landfill after the first component failure.

Panasonic CZ-TACG1 network adapter not working

I have installed the Panasonic CZ-TACG1 Wi-Fi Adapter in 2 of my home-based airconditioners. The app comfort cloud does not work. I have always to reset the device and make connections again. It is simply not working well. Also you need to get approval to register the device: a crazy method, this approval never comes. I do not recommend buying this adapter. Ivan Hendrikx Belgium

Fire risk earbuds

Brought some expensive technics headphones. Left them on charge in my room for a couple of minutes and when I returned they had started to melt and I could smell smoke. I was lucky they weren't on charge for 5 minutes overwise they would have caught fire, on my bed, inside of my house.

Customer service put the blame on me for using a cheap charger (the one they supply with the unit), have refused to take any action or even inspect the unit in person.

Low quality

I was tempted to give only 1 star but decided in a good mood for 2 stars.
The picture quality is good IF you are a very experienced user and have the time to change picture settings again and again depending on movie or Tv show.
So if you are not used to work with colour grading or like ne a Tv/ video producer and editor you will better off with a different TV set. Especially if you decide to pay $4000..
But the worst of all is the build quality of this TV set. On my one I cleaned the screen with water and the fingerprint persisted. I rubbed only a little bit more and the coating of the screen was damaged.
The audio got better in compare to the $8000 plasma model.
I am a German filmmaker working since 35 years throughout Germany, Australia and New Zealand
I bought a lot of high end monitors for colour grading, many broadcast cameras, lenses and so on. Panasonic was always one of the best but it looks like that through their financial trouble they have made liw quality decisions.

I purchased Panasonic digital cordless…diigita

I purchased Panasonic digital cordless phones. I had to ditch my perfectly good 10 year old BT phones as I changed over to Sky and it now only works with digital.

I had to change over all my numbers onto to address book but could only get 50 on whereas on my old phone I could get double that number. The sound quality is extremely poor, very echoy.

If someone left a message on my old phone, it would bleep to alert me, not so with this new one.

Very disappointed

Following on from above, I was asked to send a video of me using the phone's address book, this was sent in 8 days ago, why am I not surprised that I have had no response. The phones are not fit for purpose

Poor quality of TV resulting in awful…

Poor quality of TV resulting in awful customer care 😢. My TV is nearly 3 years old and has been in trouble since it's 1st year and it's still in trouble. They say it's out of warranty. They promise to send an email with some sort of resolve but, nothing. I am disappointed, even their representative was rude and admitted to that. I have purchased Panasonic products for years and they have always been excellent.
Never again! I am a pensioner and can't afford another TV.
I have been talking to to Panasonic for over 12 months now!

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

We bought a washing machine from Panasonic only to have the drum rust through and leak water into the rest of the machine only one year after the warranty expired. This is unacceptable given that the one thing a washing machine should be resistant to is water.

There is extensive photographic and video evidence of this issue if it is required.

I bought a Panasonic microwave oven…

I bought a Panasonic microwave oven model no.
NN -EE27JWMQ after reading Which best buys.
I don't know what these microwaves were like before but they are not for the faint hearted. Not only did I have to get a friend to set it up but also to register it with Panasonic. Instructions are not easy to follow, it has a clock on all the time using electric! You cannot just press a button to defrost. Panasonic have tried to be to clever & is no longer simple to use.

Sounds like I am always complaining…

Sounds like I am always complaining though I do praise also. I am wanting rid of the answerphone on my not old Panasonic cordless phone. It does three rings before it goes to messages and I am disabled so sometimes don’t get in time. The sound is awful and only thing I like about it is you can see who’s calling. Glad I got it as a gift, so didn’t pay for it.
