I ordered dining table and chairs from
this company, and I have just reveived them today. I could not fix the dining table legs as there were no bolt holes on the table as it instructed in the manual. Also, table has marks and damages on the surface. I sent an email their email address but I received a fault message which is basically saying email address may not be exist. I am very disappointed. Hope someone from customer relationship see this and help me with the issue.

I ordered the chair from Etsy, and I’m really happy with it. I’m not sure why some people have complained about their orders, I didn’t experience any issues with PN Home. The assembly instructions were a bit tricky at first, but I figured it out, and the chair looks fantastic. Great quality for the price! I’d definitely recommend it.

Took my money and only delivered half the order! Terrible customer service. Slow response and verging on rude. Purchased via The Range. Have complained to them also but they don't seem to care. Be careful when parting with money!

Great customer service. All members of staff I dealt with were really patient and helpful through a difficult situation which was no fault of PN home. Can't comment on their products but cannot fault their customer service.

Was sceptical to order via PN Homes after reading the reviews but we took a gamble. Products (chairs) were dispatched within 1 hour of me ordering and arrived 24hours later. Really impressed with the chairs, great value. Would definitely order via PN again

Ordered through Debenhams and was a nightmare trying to get my refund. You have to 1. Notify them you want to return something.
2. Remind them 4 days after it has been collected otherwise you won't get your refund.
I spoke to the same person in all my encounters on the phone to them so sounds like they are understaffed?
There was a time I called at 3PM in the afternoon and was told the whole team are on their lunch break lol.
Really poor service, I will make sure I don't buy again from this company but then again you won't be sure if it is coming from here until the order is placed!

Ordered 2 camden dining chairs, they arrived within 2 days. The quality of the chairs was really great and the delivery was fast.

I found the same chairs 10 quid more expensive at Wayfair from the same store, so I used their main website instead.

I was a bit doubtful due to their low ratings in the reviews, but they did well in this order.

With what I paid for the table and 4 chairs, I was not expecting too much but they arrived very quickly, the quality was very good and when I had a small issue, the company were very quick to respond and very helpful.

From what started as a cheapish purchase to keep me going has resulted in me finding a company that I will happily continue to use going forward and would certainly recommend.

I was skeptical at first because of other less raving reviews but went with a set of tulip chairs. Arrived next day and they agreed to match their ebay price and refunded the difference. Can't recommend them enough!

I am pleased with the service provided by P&N. I purchased the Olivia Fabric Chair yesterday and had a sigh of relief when I received it today in just 24 hours!! All parts were wrapped well and came in a big brown cardboard box. There were instructions inside, however they were initially quite confusing. I do like a challenge! It took me a minute to figure out but managed to put the chair together this evening. I also must say I was initially sceptical, but as all buyers should.. I did a bit of background research. The company which takes the payment is Life Interiors however the shipments are made by Paramount Imports. This structure is one which is often in place for such businesses so I wouldn’t worry too much. I have seen some reviews regarding customer experience being poor, however I personally did not have a bad experience. I did email once about my tracking number not being clickable, however I shortly received notification from both DPD and the company itself. Hope this helps someone!

I bought 6 dining chairs they came
the next day I can't believe how fast their delivery was, specially in a time that anything I order they all got very long delivery and they all blame their delays on covid 19
quality of chairs are very good with reasonable price i love them they look fab in my dining room thank you very much

I understand why people say it is a dodgy website, and plus a lot of negative feedback. I had a rather 'safe' purchase from P&N: the quality of the product isn't the best of course but I think the price is reasonable and that I am generally happy with. Delivery was quicker than expected, I downloaded the DPD app and everything was clear and straight forward (not sure if DPD Uk and DPD.com are very different ) but overall I am happy with my first purchase from them.

Really dodgy company but the products did arrive (a day later than expected) and the products were as pictured. I knew it was a risk ordering with this company but I paid with PayPal so if anything happened I could claim the money back so I recommend doing that if you're thinking of ordering. ALSO they send you an email that looks like it's from DPD but they use a website called DPD.co.uk where the REAL DPD website is DPD.com so something if fishy about it overall and they're clearing just trying to run their business on the cheap so order at your own risk.

I ordered an item from this company. The advertising on line was incorrect so i asked to return the item... they said yes... AT MY OWN expense of £20. I originally was going to return the item to select another from their range i wont be doing this now!! The colour of the item they sent was NO WHERE NEAR what arrived.

Really poor!! Don’t use!
Item described as beige, item arrived and it was definitely brown.
I advised them of this and was asked to send them back at my OWN cost to get a refund! Even though they are advertising incorrectly!
Wouldn’t get this ANYWHERE else!!

I don’t even know where to start I ordered TWO chairs.
1. Order was late to arrive
2.they only sent ONE CHAIR
3. When order cake wrong items in box so I
4. Complained
5. They resent WRONG items
6. This was an on going situation and they resent Order 4 time’s
7. Finally got it right
8. No competition or anything for the complete and utter shambles.

I will never use them again !

I purchased 6 grey scandi-style chairs and was originally quite sceptical having read some reviews with regards to product no-shows, quality and customer service, however, once my order was placed, I recieved regular updates throughout the process up until delivery.

The chairs were delivered within 2 days of ordering and the quality is fantastic. They go perfectly with our new dining table. One chair had a small black mark on it but not very noticable.

Overall I had a very positive experience and will certainly use this company again (P&N Homewears / Home Design International)

P&N offers the kind of service you would expect from a shady, greasy salesman.

We've bought a chair from them which collapsed after a few months. P & N refused to help initially, then asked us to pay for replacements parts, and only after several calls and threats to go public and report, they agreed to follow these simple, legal, standards.

What leads to this kind of behavior is beyond me. Is it terrible, shady bosses? Mistreated employees? I can only guess, but I do know - none of this is worth supporting.
