Horrible

Horrible, horrible Customer Service. I wish I’d read this before placing the order online. I realized when I got my email confirmation that it was going to the wrong shipping address, which was less than a minute after placing the order. Waited on hold 20 minutes for an agent who then told me they could not modify the order with the right shipping address nor could they cancel it!! can you believe that!! that I would have to wait for the order to ship then spend probably another 20 to 40 minutes on hold for UPS to modify the shipping address or cancel the order!! I cannot imagine what type of operation this is where they refuse to cancel an order before it has shipped! Never will. I use online shipping again and this is left such a bad taste. I’m not sure I care for this whole product line anymore.

I ordered a charm for my daughter and with Apple Pay somehow my order appeared as an other shipping address, I immediately called Pandora and they said they can’t edit or cancel the order, they couldn’t update my address, just updating the address shouldn’t be so hard!
Never gonna buy again!

Contacted Pandora customer service with…

Contacted Pandora customer service with a list of questions about a complaint they replied but did not address the questions I had asked. Replied to that email asking if the had even read my email before replying as they had failed to address the questions I had sent them. They replied again with supposed answers to my question again failing to provide details to my question. This shows they don't have a transparent or open customer service department they try to fob you off and won't answer questions. Waste of time trying to get an issue resolved so they will not get anymore of my money.

Unreasonable Policy, Disappointing Customer Service

I placed an order on a Sunday evening and, within minutes, realized it was being shipped to my previous address. Since Pandora’s Customer Service was already closed, I emailed them immediately and called as soon as they opened the following morning.

At that point, my order was still in “pending” status and had not yet shipped. Despite contacting Pandora at the earliest possible opportunity, I was told that they could not cancel the order or correct the shipping address under any circumstances. The only option offered was to wait until the order shipped and then try to work with the carrier.

This policy is unreasonable. If an order is still pending and has not shipped, customers should be able to correct an obvious mistake, especially when they notify the company immediately. Instead, Pandora places the burden, risk, and inconvenience entirely on the customer.

I purchased from Pandora expecting both quality products and customer service that reflects the company’s reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me that customer satisfaction takes a back seat to rigid policies. Because of this experience, Pandora has lost me as a customer. I will not be making future purchases, and I hope the company reconsiders this policy before other customers find themselves in the same situation.

Customer service, 0 points!

Bought a bracelet with a nice pink stone in it. Detached after wearing it 2 times. Went back to the shop where i bought it. Nothing could be done. "We don't have the stones in stock, so it cannot be repaired!" That was it. Mailed the costumer service, twice. Sent a Whatsapp. No respons! Customer service, 0. Bought in the past but will never buy again. Overpriced and bad quality.

After reviewing these reviews

After reviewing these reviews, I see why I have have problems with service of repairs. I first had my bracelet cleaned 6 days later the clasp broke. Went back to pandora they said it had nothing to do with the cleaning. Ok so now I had to purchase another bracelet for my charms, now less than a year same bracelet broken. That I lost it found it in my husbands car, after we return to car. Needless to say another bracelet needed, dont think I will purchase anymore pandora items.

Horrible Experience

Considering the prices and reputation of this brand, the way they handle shipping is absolutely unacceptable. I received an order as a gift, and the courier they use is Amazon Shipping (Italy).

For the first shipment, I received a delivery notification while I was at home, yet nobody rang the doorbell. I went downstairs immediately to check if the package had been left at the door or on the mailboxes (a practice which, for valuable items, is frankly unacceptable), and found nothing. I contacted customer service, and they were initially helpful in resending the order.

The second attempt arrived, but the presentation was poor: the gift packaging chosen by my friends was just several boxes thrown into the shipping carton; the jewelry itself was not even placed inside the gift box.

Unfortunately, I had to exchange the ring for a different size, which wasn't available in-store, so I had to process an online exchange. The new size arrived very late, and the delivery attempts were made on a Saturday and Sunday—during a long weekend, when people are often away from home. Throughout this, there was no way to change the delivery date or address, neither through Amazon Shipping nor through Pandora Customer Service. I tried to manage this while I was traveling, but to no avail.

A couple of days later, when I returned home, the package was nowhere to be found. Amazon immediately deflected the issue to Pandora, and Pandora responded (after days of "verifying"):
"We have checked with our warehouse and our courier and can confirm that all products were shipped and delivered; therefore, we regret that we cannot proceed with a refund or reshipment. We advise you to contact your payment provider to open a dispute or chargeback."

Is this the kind of solution offered by a brand of this caliber? Is this how they handle the shipment of valuable goods?

I am disappointed beyond words. I lost a birthday gift from my dear friends living abroad because of two companies that operate with zero professionalism, despite having the resources to do better. Highly disappointed.

i have NEVER been more disappointed in…

i have NEVER been more disappointed in a company
i purchased a charm in the US whilst on holiday, which was $90.
unfortunately it broke, however i thought i was lucky enough that this was still in warranty. i also had a safety chain on the bracelet but the threads had gone, so i thought i would send them in together to be repaired.
i was advised the charm would be free to repair, but the safety chain was £7.50 which in my opinion was fair.
i had a call from the store (Trafford Center Manchester) to say my bracelet was back, and repaired, but unfortunately the charm could not be, and i could come in and exchange for an alternative, as the charm i had was a Disney Parks exclusive and cannot be purchased here.
i went in on Friday 28 May, and spoke to a lady who showed me a charm, and in her words she said to another team member, "do i just give her this one" she then apologised as she had only been there a couple of weeks.
she then said i would have to pay the difference as this one was a lot more expensive as it was gold.
honestly i said thats fine, as i dont want a gold one
she then went to show me alternatives which started at £65 (lower than i had already paid) but she said i would have to pay £10 more as they couldnt recognise the value i had paid and would only offer £55!
i said i think that isnt right, to which she advised she knew the policy.
after i advised i wanted to speak with a manager she then told me she was the manager! i wanted to speak to someone higher , she then said they were on annual leave.
as i said i was going to complain she wanted me to leave the store as i was being disrespectful!
long story short i have escalated this to head office, who are stepping away from the case even though i have provided receipts and had to pay £17.50 for a bracelet that wasnt fixed and extremely poor service

Don't stand behind products and make resolution difficult

Purchased bracelet and three charms in Austria 6 months ago. Live in US. Visited two stores in OH for help. Both sales people confirmed the bracelet latch was not working properly. The one store in Macys sent me to the Pandora store in Columbus. Neither could help me. Called customer service and they can't help me as they only handle online purchase. They referred me to another department, phones are down. Tried a chat. Was advised I needed to connect with Pandora Austria...

Impossible to replace a broken clasp

I am purchasing a full rose gold bracelet because my clasp broke on a bracelet in perfect condition. I was forced to spend $268 to replace it because you do not offer repair or replacement., I brought it to a regular jeweler who was unable to fix your clasp. I find this environmentally horrid and insulting as a consumer. I have a large amount of your expensive charms so I bought the replacement bracelet but I will not be purchasing a single other thing from Pandora. Ever.

I ordered a personalized engraved…

I ordered a personalized engraved Pandora gift for my wife for Mother’s Day, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. This was supposed to be a meaningful and emotional gift, but the final product arrived with major issues that completely ruined the sentimental value of it.

The biggest problem was that the personalized image was missing from the jewelry, even though it was part of the order. On top of that, the engraving and text alignment looked poorly done and unprofessional. The final product did not match the expectations of a premium jewelry company, especially for something marketed as personalized and special for important occasions like Mother’s Day.

I contacted customer service hoping the issue would be handled professionally, but the experience became even more frustrating. I clearly explained that I had lost trust in the company because of the mistake and poor quality control, and I specifically said that I did NOT want a replacement I wanted a full refund. Despite that, the representative continued pushing a replacement instead of respecting my request and properly addressing my concerns.

Just another bad review about a "premium" company

I contacted both Pandora Netherlands and Pandora Global regarding a defective product purchased through the official website, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from every side.

The product never worked properly from the beginning, and after more than one month of emails, follow-ups, videos, pictures, invoices, and explanations, I still have no solution, no refund, and no real customer support.

Pandora Global redirected me to the Netherlands team and then completely stopped responding. Pandora Netherlands acknowledged my complaint, claimed it had been forwarded internally, and then left me waiting for weeks with no meaningful update. When I followed up again, I received dismissive and unprofessional replies instead of actual assistance.

The worst part is not even the defective jewelry itself, but the complete lack of accountability and respect toward customers after the purchase is made.

For a company that markets itself as a premium global brand, the after-sales experience is honestly embarrassing.

Very difficult to exchange unwanted gifts

My daughter was sent a gift for her 16th birthday. Ordered on the Australian website delivered in Australia.
The stores won’t accept transaction numbers, tracking numbers etc only copies of the original receipt which is fine if the sender isn’t technologically challenged.
There isn’t a gift receipt with the gift and they won’t even exchange it in its original packaging

It’s unreasonable that you are unable to make any changes to sizing within hours of ordering online and before warehouse processing. Especially for the cost of a custom engraved bracelet that cannot be exchanged. There is no information on the product page about sizing and adding more charms means you will need to size up. Considering the cost, this is poor service!
