Goods always arrive in great condition and very quickly

I just came to see if there was a way to give this company a thumbs up as I have always been delighted with their speedy service and the care taken with packing their goods so was amazed by the only other review here.
Thank you Papermaze … I am always amazed when loose pieces of 12x12 paper arrives in pristine condition.

I have only given 2 stars to this small…

I have only given 2 stars to this small company because of the slow speed and lack of urgency to refund me for a faulty item I purchased and returned 1st class.
I do not expect a refund the following day despite payment when ordering is taken immediately, but nearly 3 weeks to send a refund with excuses that a cheque was given to someone else to post and then to send it second class did not show me any urgency to give a good service.
I also take issue to being told that business emails are not read at week-ends as the business owner is entitled to a life with her family. Of course, anyone who wants a family life can choose to never get involved with their business during week-ends, but if you want to build a successful business and give a good service to your customers you will not do so by shutting down from Friday pm to Monday pm. I will not be using this company again but wish the owner well.
I try very hard to support small businesses but nothing beats a large organisation begining with 'A' and ending in 'n', which gives such a good service that it is sometimes hard to resist when you compare it with my experience with this company. Overall good service is the bases of all successful businesses. Customers are not interested in a business owners family life any more that the owner is interested in its customers private lives. It is a good service that will entice them to use the company again.
