Great customer service team

Great customer service team. I bought a pair of shoes in store in Milan. After a while the shoes started to show a defect. I contacted Par5 and they offered to make an exchange (even though I do not live in Italy). They remained in good contact with me the entire time and I am very happy to have received a new pair of shoes to replace the faulty pair. Thank you Par5 for the incredible customer service, I’ll definitely pay another visit to your store when I come back to Milan!

Excellent Customer Service

The shop mailed out my item almost immediately after I placed my order. Reached out to the customer service as I couldn't track my item on poste.it. The support team replied all my messages quickly and even helped to check with poste italiane directly on the status without me asking them to do it. Item arrived safely and as described. 5 stars for the great customer service and fast shipping. I am extremely satisfied with my online purchase.
