Warning!! Don't use this company.

After only one use my Bamboo bedding is permanently stained and looks awful. Never had this problem with any bedding before. They even had the audacity to suggest that my husbands beauty products were causing the staining. He doesn't use any and on every single item of the bedding.

Customer support is diabolical and contradictory.

They suggested I wash on a 60 degree wash using Vanish stain remover, their website and labels on the product clearly state only a 30 degree wash. Didn't do this as didn't want to jeopardise obtaining a refund.

My rating is both in terms of the product and the customer service received (or not received) from the Company.

After buying some coloured linen within 3 days we noticed staining on the pillows - we've never had this before in over 30 years of buying linen. We washed the cases in line with the instructions and the stains remained.

We attempted to contact the Company and it took 4 tries by email and 2 calls to get the Sales Manager to speak with us.

The sales & marketing manager who was extremely rude and abrupt when he finally took our call told us that we should be washing them at a higher temperature and using stain remover - if we had known we had to use a stain remover every time we washed them we of course would not have bought the items.

We tried to resolve this issue multiple times with the Company, and not to have to leave a review such as this, however they have made things very difficult. Not sure if the product is faulty, but the customer service certainly is. We are now attempting to ask for our money back as we are unhappy with the item but they will not respond.

I could not recommend anyone use this Company or their products.

If you don't want to sweat through the night, do not buy their bedding! It may feel soft to the touch, but it is COMPLETELY NON-BREATHABLE, to a point where both my and my partner (who never has trouble with night sweats) found it unusable. It is not our duvet's fault, we use a Simba duvet and when we slept without a cover, we had no issues. Only when we put on Paragon Bamboo duvet cover, we found it impossible to sleep, stuffy and sweaty under their cover.

Upon seeking help with customer service, my problem was not even directly addressed, I received no advice and only been told that I can't return or get a refund due to their terms and conditions. After explaining again that the duvet did not deliver their promises of "moisture-wicking" and "ultimate sleep comfort", I have been told (I cite): "there is no nothing faulty with the duvet" so apparently the non-breathability is not a fault but a property of the duvet cover, or I am accused of lying. I was shocked by the way this has been handled. They undermined my problem completely, only repeating "no returns/refunds" in reply to every e-mail! No real support! I was so excited to discover this company, but now I am left with an unusable product and feel cheated.

I bought the 3.5 tog bamboo duvet a couple of weeks ago. It really does help keep a steady temperature in bed and would be very useful for women after the menopause who are experiencing hot flushes.

After looking for bamboo bedding i came across Paragon Bamboo and cannot recommend them enough. Prior to finding this company I had contacted other suppliers to ask questions and didn’t receive any responses (despite them claiming to still be open for online orders and questions). I contacted Paragon on a Sunday and had a response the same day. Their customer service has to be one of the best I’ve come across for many years. Delivery was quick and they are priced better than most out there for this type of bedding. If your considering bamboo bedding to keep cool at night than it is brilliant. I’m a very hot sleeper and after getting a new tempur mattress I knew I needed something to try and cool me down... Paragon bamboo sheets have done the trick extremely well. I will be back for more soon.

I ordered back in January 2020, not expecting much as there weren't many reviews of Paragon Bamboo online, so I was happy if something turned up. The parcel arrived promptly and each of the items was in an individual silky smooth bamboo bag. Inside each bag (along with the product) can be found instructions on how to care for the products.

I ordered a fitted double sheet (which is huge! It's far too big but it's still usable - the excess sheet just gets tucked under the matress) and two pairs of pillow cases which fit really well on my pillows. Both the duvet and pillow cases are incredibly smooth even after they've been washed.

Bamboo linen definately feels different to cotton in that it's cool to the touch. After ordering these products, I wouldn't go back to ordering cotton linen again.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchases and may well buy a few more pillow cases in the near future.

Ordered from this company last week and it was delivered really quickly and very well packaged. Had a small snag with one of the items and emailed them on the Sunday, on the Monday they phoned me and offered me a full refund no problems at all. The person I spoke to was really helpful and a pleasure to chat to.

Two years ago I bought something from an online shop and I was scammed for £200, and there is a lot of it out there. I have never bought from an online shop since until now. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on Amazon and after a lot of deliberation I bought it from this company and I couldn’t have picked a better company to buy it from. It has restored my faith that there are still online shops out there that are genuine and trying to make an HONEST living.

I would highly recommend this company and have done to family and friends and I have put another order in with them already, thank you 💕
