I had a very disappointing experience with Paragon.
I purchased a faucet that turned out to have a clear manufacturing defect — it could not be properly installed due to faulty threading in the mounting hardware. I reported the issue immediately and worked with their support team for several months to try to resolve it.
During that time, they sent replacement parts and even a full replacement faucet, but both had the exact same issue. I had three licensed plumbers attempt installation, all of whom confirmed it was a defect, not an installation problem.
Despite this, Paragon repeatedly directed me to retry installation or accept more parts, which would have required additional plumbing costs. A refund was ultimately refused based on their 30-day return policy, even though the issue was reported right away and never resolved.
I ended up having to purchase a different faucet, which installed without any issues.
Very frustrating experience overall. I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect responsive support or reasonable resolution for defective products.
