Brought a baseball cap and wasn’t satisfied with the finishing on the patch logo! There was still loose thread which skulks been cleaned! I contacted them via phone then email and they have yet to respond! Luxury clothing company with customer service that doesn’t match its brand!

Avoid

Purchased a jacket for my niece 350.00 parcel was recieved with item being far too small.

Their returns process isn’t user friendly you need a RAN number then I wasn’t issued a return label! Emailed them, 3 days later they email back a return label, drive 3 miles to nearest Fed Ex depot they wouldn’t take the parcel as it wouldn’t accept there return label, emailed them again, they are now just ignoring my emails so I will speak to the bank to see if they will complete a charge back I have proof I wanted to return the item!

They are unhelpful and stipulate no refunds if goes over 15 days but it takes them days to get back to you, 5 days left and still stuck with a parcel!
Hate companies like this, avoid!

AVOID !

AVOID !! Wish I could give zero !!

I can’t stress enough how BAD this ‘customer service’ was. The delivery timescales are completely inaccurate and FALSE !! I placed an order for a jacket for my husbands birthday (2 weeks before), shipping stated 4 days to UK.

After 10 days of calling them and emailing them without any response (only that they had raised a case), I have just received an email from FedEx stating that the shipment has only been received by them today (2 weeks after the order date) and that I can expect to receive it next Wednesday - another 7 days !!!!

I’m livid !! Won’t ever order again. The time spent chasing this and the stress has been completely unnecessary. All caused by false and misleading information !!!

The absolute worst customer service…

The absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. THE WORST! I returned two coats using the labels they provided. They refunded only one coat. Then it took six weeks of back and forth emails (31 emails total) before they would refund the second coat, which was worth $878.

They repeatedly sent me screenshots of the first refund saying everything was refunded. And no matter how many times I repeated the explanation of there being TWO coats, it just went around in circles over and over.

Then miraculously, on the evening after my bank confirmed that they'd support my credit card dispute and refund me the money, suddenly Parajumpers agreed to refund me for the second coat. So it took them from March 20th, when they received the coat, until May 11th to refund me.

And to add insult to injury, they deducted a return fee. At the bare minimum, that fee should have been waived given their appalling handling of the return. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a fleece/jumper with postage…

Ordered a fleece/jumper with postage £300+ and comes like this from fedex looks like it’s been bashed about before it hit my house. Jumper wasn’t even in the wrapping !!🤣 just left on top. Messaged them all I got was “we appreciate your feed back is the item damaged” ..

No Karen it’s not but please improve on your postage it’s the bare minimum.

Ignorant customer service

Ignorant customer service
Inaccurate size guide so had to send the item back as to big and I got charged £15 even though I ordered the correct size according to the size guide.
Having read the reviews on here wish ide have checked before I parted with my money. Funny thing is if they had of not charged me this ide of bought the size down so because of that they loose out on £500.
I wonder when I'll get or if I get my refund, glad I used paypal

Worse experience ever. They keep my money with no reason.

I ordered a parka on November 11th. arrived the wrong model and wrong size, so I send it back and they received on November 29th.

Since then the only updates I received were "Sorry for your inconvenience" and "it will be done in a few days" which I had to ask from them via email. The whole communication with CS was the worst I have ever experienced with premium brands, even by mail, bu phone, I'm totally frustated.
Until today 14th January I didn't received the reimbursement.

0 experience for a 1100€ parka. For sure I will never order again.

I ordered the long bear 2moths ago……

I ordered the long bear 2moths ago… after few weeks I canceled since they did not send me the jacket. And now it’s already a month I haven’t received my refund of 795€. They literally lied to me saying we already released refund contact your bank.. until today I called them
again they said we are working on it. Which means they literally lied to me which not a surprised and made me to call my bank for nothing… biggest scammers.. boycott it please.

Horrible support, 3 weeks shipping

Ordered parka during the Black Friday event (free express shipping). Parka was delivered 3 weeks later (instead of 2 days of expected time).

During that time the only updates I received were "Sorry for your inconvenience" which I had to ask from them via email. The whole communication with CS was the worst I have ever experienced with premium brands.

When the purchase finally arrived the whole parcel and inside looked like garbage. I wish I could upload the images but you can imagine a vastly oversized box with all the contents just messed up inside.

0/10 experience for a 1080€ parka. Will never order again.

Still waiting on my daughter Christmas present a Mariah parajumper. Been 'being processed' since the day I handed over £340 to them.

Help any advice would be appreciated. 12 days till Christmas and not coat 😢

Service? What a joke

One star would imply their customer ‘service’ actually did something right, but that’s way too much credit.
I bought a €500 winter bomber and after a little rain it’s full with water stains. So they asked me to send pictures, which I did. 1st reaction was they had not received any. In the exact same mail the pics were attached!! I saw them myself whilst scrolling down!!
They kept denying, so i sent some again and asked for a whatsapp nr if they cannot receive any (knowing it was bs but ok). They are still persistent in denying and after 15 mails…. No solution, call or anything.

No money and no jacket

There is no zero star option here unfortunately. I placed online order, waited over a week and was told “order is being processed “ with no shipping information available. I requested order to be cancelled and was told that it’s not possible as it is “being processed”. Therefore I am out of money and no merchandise. Disputing via credit card now and making BBB compliant. Beware!

Good luck getting your refund

Good luck getting your refund. Took over 2 months after return was sent, multiple emails and threat of a chargeback and I am still short $40. Not sure what's going on over there but I don't think they are properly set up to service the US and process returns reliably.

Paid for a jacket that I didn't even get because they didn't send proper paperwork to custom. So, it was sent back to sender and I didn't get my refunds yet. It has been over 18 business days. Been dealing with UPS and parajumper's customer service, of course parajumper service is horrible. no helps. I don't get why they could've just corrected the problem by re-sending with proper paperwork instead of refunding, making the customer wait and then reordering.

I purchased the gobi mens jacket from Robert Goddard
I must say service brilliant and worn jacket for a full winter and yes it has been outstanding and one of the best jackets I have ever owned. Maybe mock imports, but the real thing is great.

Shocking Service / Lack of service…

Shocking Service / Lack of service ordered £600 worth of clothes 1 month ago still have not received the order requested they cancel 2 weekS ago as was for a holiday which has been and gone now. After emailing daily and calling several times I am still without a refund and I am not feeling hopeful. Do not order from them they are based in Italy and they falsely advertise delivery will be 2-3 working days to the UK.

Utter rubbish … bought 2 jackets one…

Utter rubbish … bought 2 jackets one for my son and 1 for me. My son wore his for “good wear” .. about 3 times and I wore mine once and holes just appeared in the sleeves …. I would really hope no one ever bought from this company and they went out of business. I spent nearly €1000 on the 2 jackets. Head to the stone island site, quality much better. I hope someone one in parajumper ready this and gets pack to me.
