Do not use this company!! I used them 3 years ago for a check in for my rental property which was fine so I used them again for a check out. They sent a clerk who did a very poor job. There were a few damage omissions and unchecked errors in the check out report which impacted our new tenant's check in; I also had to chase for a final report a few times, and it was delivered late. I made a complaint for all the issues and demanded a refund; they refused with an excuses saying the check out clerk is a 3rd party and the company are winding down and denied responsbililty. Very poor.

Sharon at Paramount Inventories has done a number of thorough inventories for my husband’s property. In fact she is so thorough that after 5 years of completing her last inventory she contacted my husband to offer her services. However my husband and I have now sold the property and are of no need for anymore inventories.

Sharon & team are excellent! Attention to detail, competitive price, very polite & they actually give you large photos (Not like other Inventory companies) which helped me to win my case in the past. Paramount Inventories Ltd has just done an Inventory Check In for us. It couldn't have been easier.

A date was booked, we paid a deposit, Paramount staff turned up on time and we received the Report within 2 days! The staff were professional and efficient.

Very easy to work with and professional. Very thorough check-in report and flexible with changing dates and times which is greatly appreciated. Even managed to find the gas meter to get the reading without me giving any information on where to find the box! Would highly recommend and be using again in the future.
