Very Helpful Parasol who were able to Fastrack my application through excellent communication skills

I have always worked with Parasol from an agency perspective. However I have now had the pleasure of experiencing their service from a contractors point of view for the first time and must say from the very first enquiry to the final acceptance of the contract, the onboarding has been a very smooth process. I’m sure if the ongoing support is as strong it will be a good working partnership.

Today I spoke to Hollie. I made a complaint regarding expense claims. After a lengthy conversation I understood where a mistake had been made.

Parasol then went the extra mile (which they didn’t need too) sorted out my mistake and corrected my expenses so I could be reimbursed.

This support helps not only with my reimbursement but also my understanding of reclaiming in different ways.

Excellent support today from Alison who helped me understand the pay cycles and tax implications of my current set up. Advised me on what I needed to do and provided details of the number to call HMRC to recommend a tax code change. Really appreciated the support and guidance from Alison, the second time she has helped me with clear guidance. Thoroughly recommend. !!

Setting up for contracts with Parasol is super easy and takes a lot of heavy lifting and admin off your hands. Their platform is intuitive and very easy to use, I was helped by Prabhjot Kaur who was really clear in their communication, super helpful!

Lorraine Tench in the Pensions Dept has been excellent.Patient,diligent,clear and effective.She is highly recommended and a real credit to the organistaion.

Parasol were very responsive to my queries, and dealt with several complications very well.
Jo and Jade kept me informed about the process with the client company, who were not used to dealing with umbrella companies.
Prabhjot was really quick and helpful dealing with my P45 being on paper, rather than digital.

Awful.
Got details on my assignment and contract wrong. Took several attempts to get this rectified, importantly, including the fact that I did not wish to opt out of conduct regulations protection.
Ignored notification of annual leave in terms of getting these issues resolved, resulting in very unwanted 3am call in a different timezone.
A month in still have no access to timesheets and consequently pay

I have asked my information not to be sent but it was sent without my consent. I explicitly said on the email thread that I don't want my information to be shared and Hannah sent it.

Good customer service. You can speak to an agent online within seconds. I receommend it.

They were absolutely lovely every time I rang, always patient, reassuring and really clear about what was happening.
