Seemed to do a good job of price comparisons and the website was reasonably easy to navigate

I sent a parcel with parcelhero recently, I made an error with my transaction and cancelled it, I was told I would get a refund, and I maybe charged to cancel it. I was £5.00 Absolute rip off. Won't be using them again !!!

My parcel was picked up from the delivery address not collection address. The reason the parcel was not collected from the wrong address was person no longer lives at the address which is incorrect or could not find not an excuse as we have Google earth and that is the job of a courier. I was told to cancel and rebook no ownership taken for their mistake, this was AI chat. Eventually email but as Evri the courier had been so poor I cancelled and am being reimbursed. I subsequently booked with Royal Mail great service. Would not use Evri again. Recently message from parcel hero says parcel delivered successfully not true I cancelled so again more confusion

Collection hasnt shown up, paid huge amount of money for 6 boxes and parcel hero wint reply to emails . Upset as this seems like a scam

organised an international pick up and delivery and it was not picked up by the courier on the day it was supposed to be. the parcel hero customer support was abysmal, AI was terrible and was unable to patch me through to a human even though I agreed to a bunch of cookies and gave them my email address.

Had to contact FedEx to finally get it sorted and to my door on time. I would say if you organised a pick up through Fedex call them to double check pickup and delivery times. I would use parcel hero again as it is very cheap but not for a parcel under any remotely tight deadline, it simply will not arrive in time.

My bespoke furniture parcel was delivered completely smashed up! I’ve had to refund the buyer and now I’m out of pocket, unacceptable

Easy to use and best value. My boxes got to Australia super fast!

Parcel picked up from my home, so i didn,t have
to carry it anywhere. And delivered to the destination.

Driver arrived promptly and was very helpful and polite, I will use your company again should the need arise in the future

Deliverer respectful and left package where it can be seen by me yet not seen from the street.

Absolute joke of a company, never use parcel hero, only used it once and they lost my parcel, took over 2 weeks to reply, lost everything, never use this joke of a company,
