Bought my new Audi A1 sportline today & couldnt be happier! Paul was amazing, explaining everything & gave me a great px price for my old car. Mark makes a great cuppa just how i like it 😊 & the welcome i recieved from the office fur baby (i named her chewbacca) was the most amazing welcome ever! My new car was absolutley immaculate inside & out & smells divine! Il definatley be back when im ready for a new car. Cant thank you guys enough 5*

AVOID AT ALL COSTS MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR EXPENSIVE PURCHASE HAS NOW COST US EVEN MORE AFTER ONLY A FEW WEEKS AND REFUSAL TO FIX ANY OF THEM. SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN DONE AS LIGHT HAS NOW COME ON LIES AFTER LIES AND CAR NEEDED BRAND NEW BRAC DISCS TOOK TO BMW TO LOOK AND HAVE STATED HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN DONE - BATTERY IS FAILING ON CAR WHICH WE DIDNT SEE UNTIL DOWLOADED THE APP AND NOW SPRINGS HAVE SNAPPED AVOID AT ALL COSTS EVEN IF YOUR IN WARRANTY ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOULL BE LEFT ON YOUR OWN.

Just bought a car from Parc Lane Cars. Sales team were excellent and extremely helpful. There was an issue on purchase of the vehicle and one that became evident within a couple of days. The after care team were great arranging collection of the car and the issues taken care of under their warranty. Very helpful company and will happily use them again in the future.

Just bought my Volvo xc60 from Parc lane cars sandy lane Gosforth. Great team of staff, all very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the outcome, love the car.
