I'm still trying to figure out how it all went so wrong.
I was very hopeful initially, I ordered 2 bottles (one million luck and acqua di gio absolute). The day I received the package I immediately understood that something was wrong: the package did not weigh anything (even if the weight indicated was 1kg this was not the case). The most intriguing thing is that upon opening the package (of course none of the bottles I ordered were present) there was the empty box of acqua di gio absolute. I immediately contacted parfumbazar, after sending the photos of my package and filling in the document for DPD, they replied saying that they contact me as soon as they have an answer from DPD. It's been 3 weeks, I still haven't received a refund, customer service hasn't answered my last email, and the website is down.

I bought one parfum and i get the box empty, but After send a Message with the Problem they solve very fast and nicely, so i give 3 stars for this inconveniet

Over 1 week wait for delivery.

We received the item ordered, but the website was advertising a free gift that was not in the parcel. I told the after sales service, so I will see how it goes.

The shipping was CRAZY SLOW. Customer support told me it was shipped while it was still at the shop for several days before being picked up by the shipping company. 9 days to arrive at my home (Schweiz).

The Customer Service person ELENA is very customer unfriendly, she hardly answers calls. I have been trying to contact the Customer service with the number: [030] 55570873 for 2 Days now. But No Body picked up the calls. On the third Day A lady answered the Call. She was very rude , impatient and customer unfriendly.
She also fails to provide sufficient Information per Email. Very incompetent Customer service worker

Awesome website BUT it's REALLY inconvenient that the wish list only allows you to save a couple items in there before everything you saved dissappears! Can you please fix that in your system so a person can put as many items on their wish list as they want without it disappearing because it's a really big pain in the neck when you lose the items you wanted to buy later there should definitely be no limit on how many items you can have in your Wishlist. Other than that you guys are great! 👌 #🦄 Thanks 🙂
