I got an empty box...not even a fake product, just an empty box. After that the company have send me a claim form to fill in so they can claim that DHL opened the box and someone there stole the contents. I am used as a pawn for their scam and to sign it for them. They wanted me to print the paper...nice one for me with no printer. Will be very interesting if i get my 160 EUR back..

They do not make an offer to immediatly send a new product and this proves it that this is a pure scam. This is a company that meddle in scams. I recommend everyone to make an unboxingvideo to make sure u got what u ordered and not an empty box, but no, do not order from here, the price wasnt that low, not lower than other stores so do NOT shop here!!!

I placed an order, and was advised of a delivery date, so waited. I then came on here to check the reviews, and started to worry as there are a lot of 1 star reviews. My product arrived 1 day after the estimated date.
Perhaps there were logistic issues with some people's orders, but from personal experience I am very happy, and will use this company again.

I ordered a perfume from parfumdreams.dk and received the order confirmation 3-4 days later, which is unacceptable for a modern website. I attempted to contact customer service but faced great difficulty and never received a reply, except for the order confirmation that was sent immediately after. Although I have now received my package, the overall experience was bad.

I have always received my orders from them, they are reliable. It does take just slightly longer like a week or so before before I get it, but its fine as long as it is reasonable time. They have very good prices compared to the competition, and I appreciate the free samples. I did not had any problems with them but of course if that happens I will update accordingly.

I ordered my first perfume with them, which was Nivea Perfume 100ml, firsty the price-good price for good product, definitely worth it, secondly delivery, they sent my product faster than I expected, came earlier as well! Thirdly quality of the perfume-amaizing I love it! And forthly customer service, I really like the fact that they been texting me with every detail and what exactly is happening with my package. Definitely recommend:) and I will definitely buy with them again!

Never will buy her again! I ordered some items on 6. of March. Never came. (They just canceled the order).
Now, my money is 15 days in reservation at the bank! Wrote some letters... They answered that it can take up to 10 days.. Okay but it is 15 days now from my order. I was patient but it is too much. Very unstrust website!

POOR customer service/ customer service agent.

Bought a bit expensive perfume, 150 ml. Two months into the use, the spray nozzle and the spring came up. Pushed it back in, but does not spray, only dribbles.

Wrote the exact detail. Asked if they could request the perfume house for just a spare nozzel and cap.

Got a standard template reply: take a picture, and send it.

Er, how? Pull it off again? I guess it would be easier to just find another solution or find a refillable bottle Such customer agents are there for just their salaries. Next time, I am buying online from my own country, even if it is just 10e more.

Bought perfume for 2400 sek Got home cheap fake.. have returned the crap just waiting for refund..will report these fraudsters if I don't get my money and ensures that the company ends up in the dustbin

Bought a gift for my girlfriend despite the reviews on trustpilot. The product was fine and real. Decent price. Only four stars due to a long parcel shipment time.

Have placed order still waiting 10 days later for delivery - tracking has not moved - but taken payment.

No reply to messages absolute disgusting customer service .

Ordered the Versace gift set mid October 22. When it arrived, it was missing the wrapping and there were clear signs that it was used. I contacted customer service, sent them the pictures and since then (End of October 2022) there has not been any reply. It is super easy for the product to be fake and there is jo way of getting easily in touch with them... Will NOT recommend the website

Terrible!!
I bought aprox 800kr and first the discount code didn’t work. I tried to enter it multiple times and nothing. I gave up and decided to finalise the purchase without any discount. I did finish it but never got an email confirming the payment. I send an email to my bank and they told me that the amount is “reserved” and only the store can cancel the purchase attempt. Sent an email and the reply I got was that my bank should cancel it, what??? Terrible service at all.

Dont fall for the scam, there is a high chance you dont get your product cause they never send it and they it take months to refund you and if you call the customer service they will say they will contact the headquarters and wait for the mail but that doesn’t help. ITS A SCAM SITE DON NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a perfume from these guys, they charged me 49 dkr to send it to my address. I did not receive it. After 2 weeks of following up, they said to follow with postnord!
After a long waiting time with postnord, they told me 're company register the package for the pick up place. So basically they stole 49Dkr from me because they have a free shipping policy for pick-up points.

Just choose a different website. Not trusted and the customer service department doesn't care. I will also put their rude responses later for all to see.
