Perfect service

Good deliver, would be best to use PostNL but nevetherless item arrived in good condition. Price is the most plus point.

Sending the product was very prompt.
However, the "Quality" of product is unfortunately not.

I ordered "two identical products - Este Lauder pleasures intense.
One of them is "Yellow" color liquid in the bottle and box is color faded.
Obviously it has been under Sunlight for long long time which comes to your responsibility of Stock management.

Then I like to exchange this bad quality one.
However now you sounded like it was my convenience so I have to pay the postage?! It does not make sense.
And I am very afraid that if I send this one back and I never get money back - even you said you will.

Since the product you sent was a defect one, I would propose you send me a good one first and I will send the bad one in return.

Your response is very slow.
I sent the first inquiry on Sep 3 but your reply finally came Sep 7th.

Since then I have not heard anything.
I think they are going to ignore my case.

I have order a perfume in Dec2014.

I had to wait several weeks to get finally a feedback, which I requested since the shop was staying silent. After all this waiting, I was informed that the product was not in stock anymore.

In addition, not clear why I receive this evaluation form several months after this has happened...

I ordered 50 ml Dior J'dor and 100 ml Jasmin Noir on Monday and received them on Wednesday. The price is the best price, I searched a lot before shopping. I also did not pay the delivery cost as my order was more than 100 euros.

I still not received yet the perfume. I want my money back.

I got my order within three days, I am very satisfied with the service.
The package was handled with care and I received what I ordered in very good state.
I got later 5% discount on my next purchase.
