Got other tickets than we bought!

We bought 4 tickets for our family for the Basketball game between Greece and Canada on July 27th in Lille. We had bought the most expensive tickets (200 EUR per Ticket) which should have been in category A according to the booking at that time.
On the day of the game, however, we were told that our seats should be at the top of the corner in the area of the boxes/lounge, which could be seen on the seats of the ticket.

However, we had booked category A seats, which according to the stadium seating plan should be right next to the pitch. The stewards on site were not at all cooperative, so we had to take the seats at the very top, from where it was impossible to follow the game. The children and we were very disappointed as we had traveled over 8 hours from Munich in Germany and paid 200 euros per ticket. Other people in the box area felt the same way as we did, so this was not an mistake from us but a consumer deception on the part of the organizer of the basketball games.
There is no chance at all to reach anyone of the responsible persons from the Olympic Games, they don't offer any support or have a hotline etc.

Does not meet commitments

Stop the construction of the judging tower in the reef of Teahupoo for a 3-day surf competition. The Olympics cannot come at that cost, the committee must honor its sustainability commitments.
