They shouldn’t be able to trade, Absolutely Joke!! Don’t answer the phone, not a meet and greet, you have to walk to short stay, then have to wait over 45min for your car! My car came back really muddy inside, stuck of cigarettes. Rung the office stated my frustration as a previous person mentioned, they just laughed it off!! Total scum bags!!!!
Absolute shambles of a company not…
Absolute shambles of a company not professional don’t answer the phone, show up with no paperwork related to collection, went into my glovebox and stole items including money, ran off before we could even get a chance to question them then had full attitude on the phone nobody to complain to regarding this mattter how this company is still going I’ll never know, my car was full of mud also my rear mirror was full of a sticky drink. Avoid at all costs
Awful Experience - try to complain you are put in a loop of 'Its not us'
It seems we have experienced the same problems many others have....
• We were not informed until the booking was made that we were liable for the £5 per 10 mins payment that was required at the drop off/pick up car park, meaning that the actual cost of the meet & Greet Service was a minimum of £10 more than advertised.
• The person who collected the car had no means of identification or paperwork relating to the collection. No vehicle checks took place, and we were left wondering if the car would be there when we returned
• We had to wait for an hour for the car to be returned to us following the call to say we had collected our baggage and had to call twice to find out where the car was.
• We finally observed the car being driven into the collection point at speed, but had to wait a further 10 mins because the driver didn't deliver it to the point where we were told to wait (and had to make another phone call to find out where he had gone)
• The car was delivered with an additional 18 miles on the clock - I have a tracker on the vehicle and checked its location while we were away - it was being stored nearly 10 miles from the airport.
• When the car was returned it was covered in mud - it looked like it had been driven through a field
• While we were waiting for the cars return, we saw another family drop their vehicle off, and once they had left the parking area, we saw it being used to shuttle a number of the meet and greet operatives back to the offsite parking area. I certainly wouldn’t be happy if my car were used for this purpose.
If you try to complain, its impossible - you are put in a loop of 'it isn't us', 'we are just the booking agent' etc etc.
I would avoid these people at all costs
Terrible company - do not use
Took 6 attempts and 25 mins to get them to answer the phone for drop off. Then on my return 20+ calls and 40 minutes before they started to drive from where it was parked miles away.
The car turned up filthy and even had clay and mud on the roof?!? Also this weekend noticed some scratches on the roof that were never there before.
When I eventually got the car back it look like it had been graffittied as they had run a power washer over it with a fine nozzle. So it was still filthy but with squiggly lines all over it. I sent an email of complain as instructed by the driver but got no response.
Absolute scum bags!
Absolute scum bags!! I took a video of what was in my glove box before I passed my car keys over to these cretins. Come back to collect after 5 days and my glove box was completely empty.. they stole two twenty pound notes (£40)!! Also my tobacco and other personal possessions. My rear mirror is sticky and stinking and it looks like they tipped a drink on the passenger’s seat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When i collected my keys from them at Bristol airport drop & go they gave the keys and rushed off so fast before I could notice anything. When i called their office the manager just laughed it off and wouldn't tell me where their main office is.. AVOID AVOID AVOID
SWIMPLY AWFUL bordering on criminal in my opinion
This company is affiliated with Rakesh Kumar, which he recommends through his at least 3 'independent' car parking website comparison engines, Parking4You, CompareAirportParkings, Compareparkingdeals. On calling his corporate number I am told they have nothing to do with the services provided locally, even though almost all reviews on here are scathing of this company, and 36% of reviews on Trust Pilot under Parking4You rate one star too, with many claims of mileage differences, food and rubbish left in the car, rude phone contacts swearing and threatening, muddy and wet cars with windows left open, and in more than one occasion money missing from inside the car along with other valuables and keep sakes. Callers are referred to the terms and conditions on their website that they are not responsible for their parking contractors and personnel. They just don't care. We've reported them to the Police and Trading Standards and to the Commercial Director of Bristol Airport. Do not use

Left waiting at 2am for an hour in the freezing cold for car to be dropped off
Told to head to short stay then had a call to say where are we they are in drop off!
Complete shambles by the time you add in the £10 for the car park entry and car park exit it ain’t worth the hassle
Pay the extra and use silver zone!!

One star review because, as others have stated, zero wasn't an option.
Confusing drop off arranged finally after person on the other end of the mobile repeatedly either didn't answer of answered and immediately put the phone down before speaking to me. £5 Airport car park release fee (and same again on collection) isn't advertised - although I have encountered it elsewhere and half expected it. On collection, it was chaos. Dozens of people waiting an hour plus - myself included - no explanation or communications, just being told in a surly manner that they were very busy and to "be more patient" (after ONE HOUR of standing in the cold in a car park). Another driver alongside me was almost in tears as his baby's car seat had been broken (how?) and he couldn't get the child home safely (of course, no-one there cared).
To cap it all, six days later a nice PCN arrived through my door from Horizon Parking, my car having been left in a pub car park nearby against their T&Cs. Yet more inconvenience now to appeal this.
The term "cowboys" doesn't even do these people justice - no ID, questionable as to whether the drivers or company have any public liability cover, goodness knows where the vehicles are kept but clearly it isn't anywhere secure.
Avoid at absolutely all costs.
VILE COMPANY DO NOT USE
Awful experience. Arrived back from
Holiday to pick up our car. Rand and rang the phone number no one would answer the phone, found a man in a black bmw - no ID and said we were there to pick up our car at the pre arranged time of 5pm. He said he didn’t have the car and couldn’t tell us how long it would be. Long cue of people in the same position only to be told by the man - ‘not my problem bruv’. After waiting over an hour and a half the car finally turned up covered in mud. The man told me it was late because my car had a flat tyre and they pumped it up (lies) the driver said it was stuck in a muddy field and they couldn’t drive it out hence it being covered in mud! Then they realised my car has 4 wheel drive. The man’s attitude was vile - no one cared we were waiting for an hour and a half in the car park in the rain. The man kept saying not my problem bruv, dunno how long it’s gonna be?!
Many other people in the same situation - the man was very cocky and rude, So unprofessional wish I read reviews first . AVOID THESE CON MEN AT ALL COSTS. Unprofessional, unrealiable and disrespectful man. Stressful end to a nice holiday.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Avoid avoid avoid. Thought I’d booked the legit airport meet and greet because I’ve heard of these cow boys before. Terrible service, shambles dropping the car off without any kind of receipt in return of your car. All seems extremely dodgy! My car was left for a little over 24 hours and when I rang to get my car back, I had to wait over 90 mins to then be told that there was an issue and I needed to be picked up and driven to my car because it had two flat tyres. The guys who picked me up in my car told me the car had two flat tyres and was towed to their car park, which was a complete and utter lie. When arriving to my car which is in the middle of a field around 20 mins away from the airport, I see that I have two huge what looked like slashes on the side of my car tyre so it’s not even like something was accidentally ran over. I then had to wait for 3 hours in the middle of a field for the RAC to come and help me. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE COWBOYS
Firstly we phoned as stated on email…
Firstly we phoned as stated on email spoke to some one who I could not understand as phone line awful to be shouted down the phone at phone when your at short stay which we did had to wait again a man came saying I’m taking your car no manners shouted at again to pay for ticket £5 which we where not informed off , it felt like we had abandoned our car . Coming back same again but no one picked up for 30 mins then told go where you drop off car 40 mins later we rang again to be told go find drop and go by airport another 30 mins late our car turned up no apology pulled up walked away then we had to pay another £5 . It was complete chaos must of been 30 people waiting for the cars it was 2 in the morning . I have used many different meet and greet never have I received such a rude company .
I gave one star as 0 wasn't an optionwe…
I gave one star as 0 wasn't an optionwe landed and waited 1hour and 20 mins for our car when it arrived both footwells look like they had been dragged though a muddy field showing us that at some point a passenger had been in the car.
What a shambles, What a scam
What a shambles. What a scam!!
If I could give no stars I would!!
We phoned the company 30 mins before our arrival, I had to ring twice more and wait over 20mins for the car to be collected.
On return, I phoned to have the car delivered only yo be told that 'Lee' had had to go on an emergency and that we'd have to catch a mini bus to The Airport Tavern. I had ro call this twice as I was told that we'd missed the bus... well this bus is signed up and believe me you cannot miss it!!
On picking the car up it was obvious that the car had been kept here all week, (due to the dust on it and where it was parked surrounded by many other cars).
We paid for a service that simply wasn't given.... its a scam and should be looked in to by trading standards.
Shocking avoid at all costs had to wait…
Shocking avoid at all costs had to wait over a hour for my car very rude people to talk to on the phone and in person . Some families were waiting for 3hrs for there cars not even sure if this firm is even insured or the drivers even have a licence.
No ID
Disconcerting to leave a car with a random stranger in the short-term car park who refuses to show ID. And then refused to have pic taken for ID (with a response that included swearing) Car was then taken 12 miles south to a field outside a village (Apple tracker)
Absolutely shocking Avoid!!! Muppets!!
I don’t no where to start. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! These horrible clowns need looking into by the local authorities! Waited over 2 hours for my car to come back, it was filthy and up on miles. There was a man waiting 13 hours to collect his car from them as they had lost his car key so he had to pay £250 in taxis to get back home to collect his spare car key!! Customer service is appalling, managed to get through to them after phoning 17 times to someone calling me “bro” stay well clear of these troglodytes!!!!!!
Awful
A scam. They don't look up when you are arriving so we waited 45 mins at 2am. Rude at both drop off and pick up. Had to pay additional £5 each end for exit from short stay (notified AFTER paying £109 fee). Car filthy. NOT meet & greet.
This is quite subtle.
This is quite subtle.
There are several meet and greet services at Bristol airport. It is easy to book the wrong one which is presumably why these cowboys are still in business.
My car was left with them for 2 weeks. Upon return I noticed that there were dirty large footprints in both the front and the back of the car. I had cleaned the car the day before which was the hottest day of the summer. They had obviously been ferrying people about in my car.
I complained having taken photos before leaving the carpark. I duly sent the photos but they had no interest.
No 'name' responded to my e mails.
The key here in identifying them is where they pick up the car. Short term car park across the road row 5. This currently identifies them.
My advice is to avoid these people and use one of the others. I have previously used the company in the drop and go carpark without problems. They are much more professional.
The problem is that you usually book this without paying much attention. It is difficult to tell which is which. Don't make that mistake.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve…
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had…. 2 hours after landing, we were stood with loads of other people waiting for our cars to be returned….. communication was an absolute joke, it got to the point where people were considering calling the police because there was no sign of any cars being returned, I think leaving it in a lay-by would of been a better option…. Avoid at all costs
If I could give 0 i would not even…
If I could give 0 i would not even worth the one star, took over 45 minutes to return my car, covered in chicken feathers and when I checked my tracker could see car had been used. They also disconnected my dash cam messed with the whole control panel. Disgusted especially as I told them I was disabled. Poor poor service.
