It's a little confusing when you arrive as the address is not very visable, especially in the dark. But once there, everything was already arranged and the staff was very friendly! I would recommend to arrive a little early just in case there are a lot of other parkers. When I went, there was only one staff to check in and shuttle to the airport. But he did a great job and will definitely Park by the Ports again.

If had anything negative to say,..it could only be, the street address isn't bold enough. I had three educated adults in the car with me while using the GPS to guide us in. We went by a couple of times until it was obvious to us all that your signage needs work.
Everything else,.? Like your service!

Need more than one vehicle for after cruise pickup. I waited for almost two hours for a pickup because I one van could not hold my family. That's unreasonable for a big cruise especially during summer when families are traveling with kids.

While the parking situation itself isn't the *nicest*, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. We were on our way to the port within five minutes of arriving, and within five minutes of making it through customs, we were on our way back to our vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

Very close to the airport great staff

I was pleased with the groupon rate but was not pleased that my car had numbers on the windshield (front and back) that was not easily removed. My car looked like it had been repo'd. I had to drive around with these numbers for a weeks until it wore out. Great customer service just remove the numbers when it's time for pick up. I should not be inconvenienced for your convenience.

Left the car in their lot, they took me to,the airport & they pick me back up, no hassle, reasonable waiting period. Will do that again!

Good price, prompt, courteous service. The office needs a little TLC and chairs for customers to sit down.

I would give this 8, on the scale of (1-10) being 10 the highest. We left and they delivered us straight to our terminal perfect no complaints. But the return flight had to wait over 45min after we got our bags to wait for person to pick us up to take us back to our car. There was a number to call but it was past 11pm and no one picked up the phone. Was kinda upset no response??? But in the 45minutes of waiting the van finally came and picked us up and fast return to our car in perfect condition. Still no one returned our call. I think if your paying for a 24hour service someone on the other end should call and let u know whats going on. We,Didn't really like that part about it.

Service was OK. When I call to make the reservation, I inquire about fixing the paint in my front bumper while I was away and the guy said they'll look at it when I get there. However when I get there, the guy said this is not an autoshop and I should call to make appointment couple days before. OK .. No problem.. I'm here to park my car anyway.
The unacceptable part is when I got back from my vacation, I found my car very dirty. They sprayed a number on my windshield with green paint that splattered all over my black jaguar. Not only the windshield but all over the front hood. After 2 carwash, I still hasn't got everything removed. It's very annoying. Never again. I would rather park in airport economy parking like usual.

Great Service- Got to the port quick- Super friendly service

The buses run every 20 or so minutes and the drivers are pleasant and friendly. I returned much later than I had anticipated but when I called, they were there to pick me and my family up right on time.

I parked at Park By The Ports for two weeks with no problem. I had purchased a Groupon and the entire experience was so simple. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we were already on a shuttle to the airport. On my way back, it was just as easy - I called and the shuttle arrived in 15 minutes! Everyone was as friendly and professional as can be.

Even when our flight was delayed for almost 5 hours in our return to FLL, Park by the Ports where incredibly punctual on our exit from the baggage claim area. It was so easy to check in with our car! Both the people who attended us during our check in and check out were so nice and friendly that almost made us forget how bad was our return flight. I'll recommend to anyone Park by the Ports, they offer an amazing service for an awesome price. Thank you park by the ports!

My husband and I found a groupon for "park by the ports" not only was it very inexpensive, but the staff members were a real treat to do business with.

We parked for one week at their lot, and when we returned home from our cruise and were unpacking the car, I found a 9 inch long gouge in the passenger side rear panel. I sent a email to the address on the Park By The Ports web-site about the damage but never received a reply. In hindsight, I should have examined the car before we left the parking lot but I didn't because we were hurried to leave Park By The Ports by their employees. I would have to travel across the State of Florida to show the damage to them, so I determined the travel wasn't worth it. Another highlight of my dealings with this concern was when a received a invite from the president of this company to like him on one of the social media sites. I replied with the information about the damage to my Honda and he replied that once I left their lot, they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles, so tough luck. I know they could say the damage was on the auto before we parked at their lot, but I purchased the auto new and washed and waxed it myself all the time. I would have known if it was damaged .
