Always OK
I've used Park & Fly at Eindhoven several time for 1-3 week holidays without any problem... I've always use the closest parking.
It's reasonably close to the Vertrekhal, however if you have a LOT of baggage it's still quite far to walk and there's seldom a (legal) place to park near the hal, unload and leave your partner there to guard it till you come back. Using Eindhoven Kiss & Ride to load/unload is a DISASTER at busy times... it's so busy and badly organised that you can have difficulties to exit within the allowed 10 minutes and then you get a big fine.
The only min-point of Park & Fly is the lack of monitoring at the parking ... there's no personnel and no camera's I have found. There is definitely room for improvement there.
