I brang my infiniti j30 in for a some new cats and fuel sending unit " fuel smell " and headlight relay , I supplied the part . . After ove r 3 months with no updates what so ever on progress except me calling monthly .I picked my car up finally . They took off my under engine splash guard and didn't put it back on . I called for them to please find my part they didnt put back on and then I called back a couple weaks later for update . Upon this call he told me they did take it off . That pissed me off and I used f word and took it as calling me a liar . So he calls be a "b.i.t.c.h " and theatens to come to my house to deal with me as a threat and hangs up , Like some child ! I call back then he says nobody remembers . So now I'm calm for his thin skin . So anyway , I'm installing myself a new alternator right after I pick it up and see my exhaust and he cut the lips right off the down pipes ruining them .I told him don't re-invent the wheel yet he did. Any problems he had were self induced obviously .The other place I been getting my cats put on at did the job in 20 minutes and I'm on my way . He totally hacked my exhast and is no longer cat back to remove exhaust . Not even straight . All cockeyed . Said he had major problems . Yeah , I bet ! This another reason I was hella mad " Who would'nt be " which I didn't even mention to him . He should owe me new down pipes and a redue at his cost at a repudable shop . All it takes is measuring what I had on and replace . I told him same brand just like the lights East peasy . I been doing it for the 30 years i've owned the car . I told them I wanted silver star headlights but apparently after telling them at least twice that didn't happen . He installed a battery not like the one i had with 4 post . not 2 . without even asking . doesnt even fit my holder ! So on the splash shield he was telling me he actually keeps a pile of them in case cutomers want them back . interesting ! This tells me he has a problem putting back on the car what he took off . Well , never again will I go near this place. Now he said he will pay to get new ones if I can find one . sorry not my job !. cars 30 y.o. and I can't find with a with nation wide searche. If researching this Company website for transportation for a Wedding, prospective customers should be fully aware that there is absolutely no guarantee of any pre arranged specific type or colour of vehicle. Even when using the "wedding" or "executive" service, which affords a higher price bracket, if there is no availability on the day of your wedding, they will substitute, without prior warning! This Company is a "taxi service" and is operated as such, despite misleading advertising and promises by their numerous different reservations team employees.Complaints aren't investigated properly, false and patronising excuses to frustrate the customer even further. The fact that they never response to any Trust Pilot reviews, speaks volumes! I unfortunately failed to read previous reviews but trusted a recommendation from my Hotel reservations team! Only one (out of four wedding cars) which were pre booked (plus the promise of a specific note attached to our reservations?!) were black Mercedes E class as ordered. Drivers were totally unaware of this discrepancy. Confusion will "waiting" times and I'm being chased for an additional £120. Management need to review their misleading advertising and to treat complaints fairly. It is not satisfactory to rely on small print in a contract and take zero responsibility?! Malik ( day shift manager with responsibility for customer complaints) needs further training (as previously suggested by a previous reviewer) Our drivers on the day were friendly, well presented and the actual cars were clean and well presented, however, not as requested and for an important event such as a wedding, this created much distress. Please don't rely, as we did, on Parker Car Services being able to provide any specific vehicles despite promises of being highly experienced/ organised for such events! They are a taxi supplier at the end of the day with a small number of "executive" cars!! and when they fail to deliver, their management team appear to not learn from previous complaints.Low ratings on Goggle, Trip Adviser and Trust Pilot speak volumes!!!

I’ve used Parker Cars for years and always been very pleased with the service. All that changed two days ago when I needed to get my daughter to Moorfields Eye hospital for an emergency appointment. I explained to the driver and asked him to get us there as quickly as possible. When I realised that I could see the Regent’s Canal from the window and a signpost was directing us to Kensal Rise I asked where on earth he was taking us. I had to give him the postcode of the hospital to get us on the correct route. The driver phoned the call handler to complain that he’d been given the wrong destination but he should have known he was going away from the City. Yesterday I called to speak to the manager 3 times. He didn’t even show me the courtesy of calling. The whole experience was incredibly stressful and I am very upset that nobody has even bothered to apologise.
Never again
Never in my life have come across people who are willing to rip you off. Never again I will use or recommend. I used them to take from nursing home wait for an hour and take my father back who is a wheelchair user paid 120 pounds then was asked to pay an extra 50 pounds waiting fee when at no time this was made clear to me as I clearly stated with waiting time. They came back to me stating they had listened to the recording despite me asking to listen to it myself apologising for the confusion. I will pay the outstanding amount as don't want to hear from them and my father has sadly passed away so have no energy to dispute. Don't use them. Now I wish I had read previous reviews.

Joined this company last year, was told there was work near my area, on an overflow and flexible basis - it wasn't at all.
-only company to require driver to travel across London, at all hours, in full uniform with clean car for monthly inspections or not work and lose money
- highly confrontational semi abusive control staff, tempting argument at every stage to create inflammatory situations. Full responsibility on driver not to respond to avoid major issues
- only company that will keep you for a full day of training with no prior advice
- one of the only companies that will charge you every week a circuit fee
- even if it is their fault that work is very localised, if you leave as a result - they will keep £50 of your £250 deposit
- almost none of the above or nature of work made explicit at outset
- nameboard and umbrella asked for and returned face to face. They didn't ask for tie, I got charged £10 as a result.
- no breakdown of deductions when deposit is finally returned, just a silent transfer
Every part of the initial experience is designed to make it seem like a driver friendly company. Please think really carefully about your committment to this company, and read all the terms and costs thoroughly or you will quickly learn that you will be fully and immediately exploited financially the moment you even consider leaving, in a system fully and only designed look after only the company.
You will very likely lose hundreds of pounds of lost time and more in seized funds that this company capture and keep hold of, if this warning is not taken on board. There will be no discussion or negotiation once they have your money, no acceptance that their initial description of work was wrong, and only a reminder of terms as though it's some form of justification for cold and calculated exploitation.

Fantastic Drivers and support with wheelchair needs
We used Parker for multiple pickup and drop offs during a weekend trip. They made sure we had the right car as we were traveling with a wheelchair for each ride. We used them to and from the airport, to and from the Taylor Swift concert, and for an extra event too. The drivers were professional, fantastically helpful and polite. On time and easy. I will definitely use again.

Driver called the office but due to time constraint, Parker Car was unable to send additional car for the remaining passengers. We had to call Uber and incurred an additional cab fare of £50. Unreasonable to pay for a service which is not fully received. Raised with Customer Service for reimbursement of the Uber ride with receipt. Was offered a £10 voucher instead!! AVOID at all cost!

This is an extraordinary and fundamental error in any taxi service.We have been using Parker car service for many years and before that Black and White cabs always with excellent service. Something has gone horribly wrong with this organisation.
Late for Airport.
Booked a car for Airport, did not arrive. So called to find it was going to be late. Not acceptable - so I managed to get an Uber, cheaper too.

Honestly, the worse experience ever. Booked two cars for work reasons, the man on the phone said he wouldn't book the cars without taking a card, as my company do not have company credit cards, I had to put mine down. Whilst talking to their customer rep, I explained everything I needed and that I needed 2 cars with waiting times etc. I was quoted a price and sent over an invoice with that price. After the service was provided, I was charged more then I was quoted, as this was a far larger amount than I had in my account, they only took a fraction of that price, and the rest was declined by the bank. I was later bombarded with emails and invoices, with no clear logistics. After various emails, they notified me that the jobs were put through as two jobs (even though this is was not described to me on the telephone when I booked the taxies). They then sent through the remaining amount that was owed, which I managed to get paid by the work company itself. After the payment went through, they then email saying that I still owed them money. When I spoke to them they said 'oh there was an error with the first requested amount'. I am now handing this over to my managers to deal with because it is has been a constant battle of them changing their minds wanting more money etc. Complete scammers with no real procedures in place.

This was the WORST service I’ve ever had! First of all we couldn’t locate them in the Eurostar station. I offered to give him the address of our hotel which he refused.
Then he took us an HOUR out of our way to the hotel. Our driver was LOST! Then he got OUT of the vehicle leaving us alone in the car while he walked the streets looking for our hotel!
When he FINALLY took the address from me, he said we would have to pay the fare for the HOUR that he to us out of our way! They also said it had to be cash so that obviously we could not dispute the ridiculous charge!
Additionally later in the week, they were supposed to pick us up at our hotel to take us to the airport, which we confirmed with TWO phone calls the night before! They gave us an order number and said they’d be there.
15 minutes before they were to arrive, they send an email saying they were CANCELING our ride because they could not reach us by phone which was ridiculous!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! They are the WORST EVER!

I have read the bad reviews but I have to disagree completely. We had the most wonderful service from Parker Car Service from beginning to end. The drivers arrived ahead of schedule which was important as we had elderly people travelling and the drivers were courteous and friendly, helping the passengers in and out of the cars. It was a very smooth drive. This was our first experience with the firm and it certainly won't be our last.

A Toyota Prius showed up to pick up my clients - it says NAME +3 (4 suitcases) on the invoice. The driver and the person on the phone from Parker Car Service were rude to my clients. I was charged for their mistake plus a new driver. I will never use this company again!

Been using the service for airport runs for a few months now maybe spending £259 return each time. Asked for a quote this week to the centre of London and for a nice car via email which I got and was happy with the price then when I confirmed the booking they increased the price . When I asked why they said because it was a nicer car , I just told them to cancel and now I will take all future business to a company that values loyalty!

Have used Parker Cars for years and found them a reliable, up market provider. However lately I have been let down on a number of occasions, the most recent on one of the rail strike days. I specifically questioned the operator about potential delays to make sure enough time was factored into my journey. All will be fine I was assured. Well it wasn’t - I was told there would be a 30min delay, and I had to call them to find this out! Thankfully I managed to get an Uber and my special day out was saved. Get your act together Parker’s.
Reliable service no more
Never use this company, pre booked car for 22:30, I had to call 5 times to see where it was, not once did they call or text to say it would be late, was 55 mins late, and I might add not the drivers fault, greedy booking office taking on too many jobs obviously taking advantage of the train strike, resembled an Uber experience, might as well have used Uber. Will never use again, shame as used them for a long time for airport runs, wife uses them as reliable and safe, that’s changed. Don’t trust the locate my driver tool on the app, it showed me here was there even though the office told me he was 30 mins away.
