I have used Park Timber over the last 5 years for various home projects in the garden. Their material is always of such a high standard that I will never go elsewhere.

Coupled with delivery on time and as arranged every time, Krzysztof's customer service is excellent.

Before wasting your time elsewhere, try them out, their pricing is right, their quality is best!

Asked for 2 arch top panels and 2 arch top gates, 1 of which was a custom size. All arrived as flat top. When I rung to tell them of the error, Chris Walker insisted I had agreed to it and the manager Robert Jones told me they had proof in email that I had agreed to flat top instead. This was a lie, the emails showed he had suggested flat top but we decided to stick with arch top. They agreed to refund minus a £25 restock fee which seems unfair as it was not our error. Multiple members of staff have lied about the correspondence to shift the blame on me, however, they have not provided the evidence that they keep referencing. Whenever I provided proof of their lies I was told 'we are going around in circles, report us to trading standards'. The estimate said arched, the emails said arched, our phone calls said arched, so why produce and invoice us for flat tops? And why then lie about it?

The only positive of our order was the delivery driver who was very helpful and happily waited whilst we were speaking to the office so he could take the panels and gates back if needed (which he then did without any issues).
