This is a review form the company. There are 3 bullshit reviews below from trustpilot going on about motorcycle parts. We dont do motorcyle parts so dont think thrustpilot is too trustworthy

Massive scam. I paid £1.95 for a motorcycle part search because they advertised that by doing this i would be covered under their guarantee. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement email from them so no search was made. I know i only lost £1.95 but imagine if they do this to several thousand people... or millions. Money for nothing. DO NOT USE PARTFINDER.

Ordered a a headlight ballast for a Volvo s40 was told that they had the part but would not come with headlight I said that was fine, made payment of €199 which was very expensive but really needed the part, ended up being sent a highlight with no ballast, rang back was told they should of went as a set even though I was told previously it wouldn’t be with a headlight was told to ring back at lunch time, since then approximately 5 days ago I have been ignored. I will be going further about this. Hope nobody else gets caught like me, I can’t afford to be frauded out of money, was just trying to get my car sorted for nct now down nearly €200 and no part. Don’t use findapart.ie !!!

Didn't get one response.Waste of time.Too complain you have to ring a premium number.

i ordered 2nd hand car parts through partfinder.ie
I agreed a price including delivery of €295.00 with St. Margarets Parts
and Recycling in Dublin. When i paid for the parts by card, i also supplied the delivery address. When the parts had not arrived the day before the NCT was due, i rang to find out what was happening. It was claimed that i had never given the Delivery Address. I said, i wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I have rang several times to be told, someone in accounts will get back to you, but no one ever does. I emailed Partfinder to be told that, they don't get involved in disputes.
