Ice queen and customer service
I purchased my ice queen in august and it has been incredible! I put my coffee in it at 10am and there is still ice left at 6pm!!!
I love that the screw lid gives me an extra security that it won’t leak.
I recently lost the seal for my lid and contacted PIW about purchasing a replacement and they sent me a new lid no questions asked.
So so impressed with the level of customer service
