They don’t accept returns for defective parts
They don’t accept defective new parts for return or exchange. I purchased a new sprocket and chain set. The rear sprocket and chain were fine, but the front sprocket didn’t fit, it was defective. After 6 emails they said they won’t accept the return /exchange and that I should have returned the defective item BEFORE trying to install it. The logic is circular.
It’s a $24 part and now they have a bunch of bad reviews for not honoring their “fitment guarantee.” The company needs basic customer service training, I would have written a glowing review if they honored their guarantee.
