Quick delivery, nice looking healthy plants

After looking for some cactus, I come across this company from Ebay initially then went to their website direct and am really thankful for such an amazing experience and bonus my sweeties were a touch. I actually had cravings for sugar but didn't want to go out due to it being below minus temperatures, so to receive these were heartwarming. I'll definitely be returning for more plants in the future especially with my 10%off my next order. All my plants and mug and pots are lavish, I will cherish them all. Thanks so much for being phenomenal and thoughtful. Wishing you all the best of luck for more years to come.

I ordered 3 plants, one was missing, one rotted, and one has thrips larvae. Emailed customer service and they have not got back to me still.

I completely understand and sympathise that plants get stressed after shipping especially given the weather and Royal Mail strikes. However, I would like to point out that they have been put into a very thin cardboard box without anything additional support or attachments to hold them in place and provide protection. Not only was the box crushed, the plants have also been moving around in the box which was what probably caused the stem to bent multiple times. Even the Alocasia cucullata that did survive, has damage on the newest leaf from being crushed and has thrips larvae on the newest leaf.

I post and receive plant mails quite often and I find that there are many easy and effective ways to package plants, that secure and protect them during shipping without a load of stuffing. I really do feel that a lot of the damage could have been avoidable.

Ordered £155+ of plants. Royal Mail tracking showed a blurry picture of a car without any site of the parcel. Contacted partyinmyplants who opened an investigation and then said there was nothing they could do as it showed as delivered. Refuse to be any help or use at getting to the bottom of where the package is, who delivered it and what they did. Royal Mail allegedly left the parcel somewhere, but were not asked to. Partyinmyplants said they received a letter from RM a few weeks earlier stating they would start doing that - but didn't think to pass it onto the customer.

Very good, not received my plants yet, but I think this site is great for air plants and others too.

The Yukka I bought from them again came brilliantly packaged. No damage to the plant in transit and was an exceptional size for the price!
