Repeating what people have said below. Build a bankroll. 2 weeks of +EV cash games every day. Then all of a sudden constant bad beats, trips over trips, flush over flush, pocket Ks against anything, time after time until your bankroll is gone.

Total garbage don’t bother it’s a waste of time effort and money the site and app should not exist because it has no intention whatsoever of letting you win at all bad beats all time playing against bots and slots are exactly the same bad bonuses and rewards that you will quickly question the site is no better than a dog fowl on your lawn what a disgrace. And it would be a zero if I had the option YOR APP IS TOTALLY CRAP ITS A SCAM….

It doesn't matter what you play poker blackjack, Roulette ,slots or anything . If you raise voice you will be declare gambling addiction and after losing 10000 they will simply say you need break and freez your account (wich is good for player life time).... you blackjack hand holding 20 can beaten just like player beat dealer...but if player beat dealer 1 time then dealer beat player 4 to 5 times.....if you low bet on Roulette you probably win 2 out of 10 hands then the you increase bet you will probably not 1 hand...poker no matter what strategy you play slow,aggressive ,mild they have customers sitting there all day long they will beat your AA with 2deuce 7 , if you get 2 pair same player will beat you 3 of kind out of no where(I am not saying it's not possible) but happens repeatedly for past two years...and gues what same player you will find it on high limit table and lower table(again it's possible sit same time at two different limit tables) but same two player will join you repeatedly almost when ever you decide to go online play.....at the end logic they will come up take break 2..compulsive gambling 3.varriance 4..EV 5 RNG.....
I MEAN COME ON THIS IS POSSIBLE BUT EVERYTIME.... I am not only talking about party poker ,,,there is paddy power, Ladbroke , coral, foxy ,MR Q, grosvenor , betfred, E.T.C....

After reading all the negative reviews, I was sceptical!
But I played on slots, then Blackjack and won.
I was asked for ID. no problem to upload it and then
received my withdrawal instantly back to PayPal.
Will play again, but not into poker where the problem seems to lie.

Mid-september: Deposited CAD 400 via Interac e-Transfer (Gigadat).

Sep 19; Placed one CAD 20 tennis bet, won ~CAD 150, requested withdrawal.

Sep 22, 2025: Requested withdrawal and immediately after Account closed “under investigation/security check” before I could complete KYC.

I sent ID + proof of address + bank proof to their listed emails.

I called them multiple times and was promised to have this matter “resolved within 24 hours” five separate times by different agents..

Today = almost 3 weeks later: still no ETA, no written regulatory basis for holding my deposited funds, and refusal to confirm KYC acceptance by email.

Ticket/Case references: #29025488 (email) / #29106071 (phone).

I’m asking for two basic things: (1) accept KYC and give a timeframe, (2) release my deposited funds (CAD 400) pending any review of winnings, or cite the specific regulation allowing an indefinite hold of deposits. Neither has been provided.

Based on my experience, I recommend avoiding this service. The combination of pre-KYC closure, indefinite “investigation,” and broken 24-hour promises feels unacceptable for Canadian players.

Just tips to other folks, do no put your money in their poker. Its just burning money on this scam site. What worked for me was sports betting tennis, putting $500 on favourites like alcaraz, sinner and djokovic. I've doubled my money from wimbledon and now us open. It destroys your complete poker experience. The constant high hand bad beats are fantasy at best. Criminal is the only way to describe Playtech. What a joke, absolute worse poker site I've experienced!!!

Poker is rigged beyond belief. Looked at some reviews before joining and thought must be disgruntled customer's however it's near impossible to win no matter what the hand. I find it hard to believe your even playing other customers. BE AWARE ITS DEFINITELY RIGGED

Mark you have hit the nail on the head because that is 100% what happens I no the feeling because I’ve been there and experienced it on so many occasions partypoker as got the worst software going and no jokes I was in a tournament the otherday and player2 should of won the pot with three of a kind but player6 wins with a pair of 8s lol I took scrreen shot of hand history and the table I was playing on as proof I posted it on X you get partypoker customer services saying there’s nothing wrong with there system well there must be because photos don’t lie you absolute muppets well rigged

I'm not one for leaving reviews, good or bad. But this site has compelled me to warn people of the absolute crap that goes on.

It's gotten to the point where I can tell when I'm going to be handed an unbelievable river beat because there's a weird lag that happens in the software when that card is coming to beat you.

I can take losses and bad beats, it's part of the game. But when there are streaks where you consistently lose when you're a 2/1, 3/1, 4/1 favourite after the flop I just can't fathom it! 3, 4, 5 times in a row when the magical cards appear for your opponent. Then you'll win small pot and lose the big ones again and again.

Save your money, I'm uninstalling. If it's not rigged....mathematics is flawed!
